A Working Day Around Win the Storm Floor Hours

Win the Storm 2026 runs October 28 to 30 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, in Exhibit Hall C and the C Ballroom. The vendor floor opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. on Thursday October 29 and Friday October 30. Those are the two conference days. Each carries six hours of floor time.

The ticket page names general admission, VIP and Elite passes and prints no price. It asks for contact details and returns a discount code. Budget the ticket from a quote.

The floor clock, day by day

The organiser agenda gives each day its own grid. Wednesday October 28 carries no vendor-floor hour. Its mainstage block runs 4 to 6 p.m., and the Roofer Games run 7 to 10 p.m. at Sandy Pickle, 5683 Village Glen Drive.

Thursday October 29 is Conference Day 1. Registration runs 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The VIP and Elite workshop runs 9 to 11 a.m. on the Main Stage. The vendor floor runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Hall C Exhibit Floor. The Product Showcase runs 10:35 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the Pantera Pros Lounge runs eight sessions inside the same span. The mainstage block runs 4 to 6 p.m., and a networking mixer with food runs 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Lobby Area.

Friday October 30 is Conference Day 2. Registration runs 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The vendor floor runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the agenda labels it the last chance to meet exhibitors. A separate line on the same grid reads Vendor Floor Closes 4:00 PM. The mainstage block runs 4 to 6 p.m.

The $1,000 meeting room

The sponsorship page lists a Private Meeting Room at $1,000. The contents line reads one round table, eight chairs and one table linen. The listing carries no duration and no day count.

The same page prices a 10-by-10 booth at $5,500 with one six-foot table, a table skirt, two chairs and four general admission tickets for booth staff.

Building facts for a floor day

The venue publishes free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms, through a partnership with Visit Dallas and Smart City Networks. The network name is Free Internet.

The building is cashless, and select exhibitors accept cash. Two ATM banks sit at Level 2 A Lobby and Level 2 C Lobby. The venue has no on-site business center. The adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel holds a UPS Business Center.

Two food counters sit in the Level 2 C Lobby. Kay's Place serves Starbucks drip coffee, hot teas, espressos, ready-to-drink beverages, snacks and pastries. Go Natural serves deli sandwiches, wraps and salads, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Menus and hours vary by event.

Two Mamava nursing pods sit on the campus, at Level 2 A Lobby by the Arena and Level 2 C Lobby.

Parking and arrival

The on-site garage at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street holds 1,200 spots on two levels and costs $20. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street holds 170 spots and costs $17. Both prices run per day per entry, with no in-and-out, and both lots fill first come.

The venue names the Lower C Driveway between Lamar and Griffin Streets as the rideshare point. Dallas Love Field sits seven miles out.

Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District runs $80 for 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E/Walnut Hill runs $61 for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Northwest Dallas.
