Four and a half hours, 10:00 to 14:30
The 24th Annual DC/Maryland Black College Expo runs Saturday 13 March 2027 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The Eventbrite listing records a 10:00 start, a 14:30 end and a 270-minute duration. The listing marks the event in person. Events DC prints the venue address as 801 Allen Y. Lew Place NW.
National College Resources Foundation organises the expo. The ticket page carries the offer: acceptance on the spot and more than 5 million dollars in scholarships. The same page tells students and college transfer students to bring paper copies of their transcripts. The admissions desks work from paper that morning.
The seminar list covers financial aid, scholarships, starting a business and the student athlete. The page opens the event to high school students and college transfer students.
Ticket terms belong in the plan before anything gets booked. Prices run $9.10 to $12.29, and sales opened 17 April 2026. The listing states a refund policy of no refunds. The organiser paragraph repeats it. Contact runs through info@ncrfoundation.org and blackcollegeexpo.com.

hotelSlots sells four windows: morning 06:00-12:00, afternoon 12:00-18:00, evening 18:00-00:00 and overnight 00:00-06:00. The platform states 103,857+ hotels across 46 states. It quotes day rates 30-75% below the nightly rate at the same property, charges no booking fee, and passes payment to the hotel. Its directory carries no District of Columbia page, so the rates above come from Dayuse.
Four states restrict day-use booking on the platform: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
Book the 10:00-17:00 window at a property that lists Free WiFi. Leave the transcript copies in the room.
