The 2026 USA Track and Field Annual Meeting runs December 3 to 6 at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. The organiser publishes a daily window of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The venue card for the booking carries November 29 to December 7 and names the Oregon Ballroom.

Free Wi-Fi, then two paid tiers

The venue states that complimentary Wi-Fi covers all lobbies and meeting rooms. Basic service costs $12 per day. Business Class service costs $50 per day. Both run on a credit card, with support on site.

Two printing routes

The venue runs self-serve cloud-based printing and copying at the Guest Experience Marketplace, beside the main welcome desk in the MLK Lobby. The service covers black-and-white 8.5 by 11 inch paper and costs nothing.

USA Track and Field answers the rest. Its IT department operates a business center with a copier, printer and scanner for attendee use. The hours and the location sit in the meeting schedule and in the BAND app, under invite code MJW-S1F-DQ.

Printed schedules are not in use for 2026. The programme sits on the event website and on screens at the venue.

Lockers all week, luggage on Sunday

The building rents salmon-coloured LocketGo lockers for short-term storage, reserved through a mobile device and a credit card. Three banks sit in the MLK Lobby near the main entrance, the Holladay Lobby at the north end and the Ginkoberry Concourse at the south end.

Sunday adds a bag desk. The organiser states that luggage storage will be available at the convention center during the Closing Session for attendees departing straight to PDX. The Closing Session starts at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 6, and is open to every attendee.

Cashless, with five ATMs

The building takes cards and touchless payment only, and the drive-through parking booths follow the same rule. Five ATMs sit in the Pre-Function A, B, C and E lobbies and the South Ginkoberry Concourse. A reverse ATM left of the welcome desk in the MLK Lobby converts cash to a Visa card in one load, with no fee.

Parking, and the second crowd

The underground garage holds 800 cars. Standard entry is $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges. Event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at the gate. The garage opens at 6:00 a.m., and overnight parking is prohibited.

December 5 and 6 carry the American Northwest Portland Nationals DI/DII in Hall D. MAX stops 300 times a day near the front door, the Streetcar A Loop arrives every 15 minutes at NE MLK and Hoyt, and 566 metered spaces sit within three blocks.

The hours a room covers

Credential pickup opens Wednesday afternoon, December 2. The Opening Session runs Thursday at 5:00 p.m. The Officials Hall of Fame Banquet sits Friday at 6:00 p.m. at $80 with a plated dinner. The Awards Breakfast starts Saturday at 6:30 a.m. Night of Legends runs Saturday at 6:00 p.m. at $50.

USA Track and Field holds discounted blocks at the Hyatt Regency at 375 NE Holladay St and the DoubleTree at 1000 NE Multnomah St, 0.21 and 0.39 straight-line miles from the doors. Neither publishes a day rate.

The priced day-use rooms sit downtown. A read of the Dayuse Portland page on October 19, 2026 found 19 priced cards. Jupiter Original runs $89 against $150 on 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., 0.42 straight-line miles out. Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown runs $107 against $170 on a 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. window. Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Downtown runs $130.85 against $228.15 on 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dayuse prints a maximum booking fee on each card, $6 on Jupiter Original and $8 on Embassy Suites. hotelSlots states that it charges no booking fee.
