The forum clock

The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs November 4 and 5, 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd St, Miami, FL 33127.

Doors open at 10 am on both days. The expo floor opens at 10 am and closes at 5 pm.

Two sessions sit on the Innovation Stage and both carry a clock.

Two sessions with a clock

Day 1, November 4, 12:30 pm: Save up to 15+ hours per week: 5 AI workflows to implement at your property on Monday, with Cyrus Claffey.

Day 2, November 5, 1:30 pm: TRD Data: Leverage TRD's proprietary data to close deals fast and first, with Adam Farence of The Real Deal.

The Main Stage runs Lunch at 12:30 pm on Day 1. Both sessions start at 12:30 pm.

The hours outside the door

Two events sit after the floor. Day 1 adds a Top Agents and Brokerages Reception in Mana 320 at 4:00 pm. Day 2 adds an All-Access Afterparty in Mana 320 at 6:00 pm.

An early flight lands hours before 10 am. The forum publishes no bag check and no waiting room. It publishes the parking answer: a lot and street parking, the lot fills quickly, rideshare recommended.

A 6:00 pm afterparty leaves a delegate holding a bag. A day room covers the hours on either side of the floor.

Miami day rooms against the clock

Dayuse lists 75 hotels in Miami. The 50 cards on its first page print day rates from US$55 to US$219. The prices below come from that page on 18 October 2026, before Dayuse's booking fee.

enVision Hotel Miami International Airport runs 7 am to 1 pm at US$79, 37 percent below a US$125 nightly rate. The window covers a landing, a shower and a bag drop, and it ends an hour into the expo floor.

Atrium Hotel Miami runs 8 am to 2 pm at US$59, 58 percent below US$140. Wyndham Garden Miami International Airport runs 8 am to 2 pm at US$79, 61 percent below US$200.

Gale Miami Hotel and Residences, listed in Downtown Miami, runs 8 am to 2 pm and 9 am to 4 pm at US$139, 63 percent below US$370.

Three windows cover the close. Sonesta Miami Airport runs 3 pm to 9 pm at US$110. Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach runs 3 pm to 10 pm at US$167, 59 percent below US$399. Atrium runs 5 pm to 11 pm at US$59.

The 3 pm to 9 pm window holds the last two hours of the floor and the afterparty. The 7 am to 1 pm window holds the morning.

Four slots the brand sells

hotelSlots sells day-use rooms in four time slots: Morning 6AM-12PM, Afternoon 12PM-6PM, Evening 6PM-12AM and Overnight 12AM-6AM. Rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same property.

Florida sits on the restricted list

hotelSlots covers 46 U.S. states with 103,857+ hotels. Its home FAQ reads: A few states (FL, HI, IA, WA) restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws.

The brand's seller-of-travel notice, last updated 18 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. It reads that hotelSlots cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to those states until registration is in place.

A Miami booking therefore runs through Dayuse, which publishes the windows and rates above. Confirm the state rule before any card is charged.

The order to book in

Register first. A one-day pass exists for Day 2 only. On-site registration costs more than the advance price, and the confirmation arrives from CVENT.

Then book the room against the flight time. A landing before 8 am points to the 7 am to 1 pm window. A landing after 8 am points to an 8 am to 2 pm window.

Confirm the checkout hour in writing. The floor closes at 5 pm and the room clock closes on its own hour.
