Three days on the festival clock
Time To Drive runs November 6 to 8, 2026 in Miami. The main festival sits at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33127, across November 7 and 8. Driver's Seat, a track experience for VVIP guests, runs November 6 at The Concours Club from 5:30 pm.
The FAQ prints the hours. Saturday, November 7: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Sunday, November 8: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Sunday Cars and Coffee: 7:00 to 10:00 AM for car clubs and VVIP guests.
The organiser counts more than 200 cars and more than 50 watch brands, with panels across both festival days and a food court and bars through the venue.
Three hours before the doors
Sunday Cars and Coffee opens three hours before general admission. A club member parks for the 7 am start. General admission begins at 10 am.
A 7 am arrival with a case in the trunk has nowhere to put it. The venue answers the parking question: options in and around Wynwood, fees may apply, rideshare encouraged, ADA parking and an accessible ramp near the entrance.
The bag rule that decides the stay
The festival runs a clear bag policy. One clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. One small clutch or wallet no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Medically necessary bags pass security inspection.
Backpacks, large purses, luggage, camera bags and oversized bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection on entry.
A three-day trip needs a case. A 12 by 6 by 12 inch bag holds a phone and a wallet. The hotel room holds the case.
No re-entry, and a 7:30 close
The FAQ answers the leaving question in one line: No. Re-entry is not allowed.
Both festival nights close at 7:30 PM. The official afterparty follows, with DJ Walshy Fire of Major Lazer.
The afterparty follows the 7:30 PM close. A 5 pm to 11 pm day window covers the hours between them.
Two windows against three nights
A hotel stay that holds Friday, Saturday and Sunday runs three nights. Two day windows hold the same two mornings and the same two evenings.
hotelSlots sells four slots: Morning 6AM-12PM, Afternoon 12PM-6PM, Evening 6PM-12AM, Overnight 12AM-6AM. Rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same property.
Book the window for the hours you need. Book the night for the bed.
The Miami windows that fit

Florida sits on the restricted list
hotelSlots covers 46 U.S. states with 103,857+ hotels. Its home FAQ reads: A few states (FL, HI, IA, WA) restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws.
The brand's seller-of-travel notice, last updated 18 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. It reads that hotelSlots cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to those states until registration is in place.
A Miami booking therefore runs through Dayuse, which publishes the windows and rates above. Confirm the state rule before any card is charged.
The order to book in
Claim the ticket first. The ticket page sells four tiers: Full Access Day One at US$75, Full Access Day Two at US$75, Two Day Full Access at US$125 and The Grail VVIP Pass at US$1,150. Each carries a TIER 2 label.
Tickets sell at timetodrivefest.com and in the 0260 app. The FAQ asks guests to claim the ticket in the app before arriving. Children under 15 enter free with a ticketed adult.
Paid sessions run alongside the panels. Patrick Long in conversation with Matt Farah runs November 7 at 4:00-4:45 PM. The Smoking Tire taping runs November 7 at 5:00-6:00 PM. Larry Chen's photography masterclass runs November 8 at 10:00-10:45 AM at US$50. Spike's Car Radio runs November 8 at 5:00-5:45 PM at US$75. The Grail pass includes every session.
Then book the window against the arrival. A Sunday Cars and Coffee arrival at 7 am points to the 7 am to 1 pm window. A 10 am general admission points to the 10 am to 7 pm window.
Prepaid parking runs US$100 a day for the lot behind Mana 320, reached from 2nd Avenue and 22nd Terrace.
Confirm the checkout hour in writing. The gates close at 7:30 PM and the room clock closes on its own hour.
