Three days at Moscone West, and a Thursday that ends early
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs October 13 through 15 at Moscone West, 800 Howard Street, San Francisco, California 94103. The Expo Hall opens at 8:00 a.m. on all three days. It closes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Those windows come from the organizer's per-day agenda. Registration follows the same clock: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Badge collection carries its own window. Early pickup runs Monday, October 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no sessions that day. The remaining windows are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 14, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on October 15. The registration desk sits in the Level 1 lobby of Moscone West. Bring the ticket and a government-issued photo ID, and check that the name on the badge matches the ID. A delegate cannot collect a badge for another attendee.
Three-day passes, and no meeting room
Disrupt sells three-day passes. The organizer answers the single-day question with one word: "No." An Attendee Pass reads $949 against a regular $1,049, a Founder Pass $999 against $1,099, and an Investor Pass $1,099 against $1,199. An Expo+ pass sells for $299 against $349. Prices rise at the door on October 13.
The same page closes the on-site workspace route. Asked about private or semi-private meeting rooms, the organizer answers "No, we do not offer private or semi-private meetings rooms to general attendees." Venue Wi-Fi is free and the details sit on the back of the badge. A coat and bag check runs in the first-floor lobby across all three days, and the organizer recommends leaving luggage at the hotel.
A room for the hours after the floor
A day-use booking buys a hotel room for a block of daytime hours. hotelSlots sells four slots: Morning 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., Afternoon 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Evening 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Overnight 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. Checkout falls at the end of the slot. The platform lists 103,857-plus hotels across 46 states and names four states that restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. California is not among them.
The platform posts its own price bands. The home page reads "30-75% off nightly rates." The day-use page reads "40-60% less than overnight" and lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access as included. The short-stay guide states that Wi-Fi, a desk, gym access, pool access and parking can vary by property, and tells readers to check the individual listing. The same guide puts a four-hour afternoon window at a shower, a nap and a focused stretch of work, and reports that weekday afternoons and airport-area locations fill first.
All three Disrupt days are weekdays. Tuesday and Wednesday close at 5:00 p.m. and Thursday at 3:30 p.m., and the Evening slot starts at 6:00 p.m.

The organizer runs its own hotel list for overnight stays. It names the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA at 0.2 miles from Moscone West, Hotel Zelos San Francisco and the InterContinental San Francisco at 0.3 miles each, and the Grand Hyatt San Francisco at 0.5 miles. The booking portal now reads "Hotel Reservations Are Now Closed," and it directs reservations, changes and cancellations to the hotels directly. The organizer's hotel page points booking help to 38 North Connections.
Engine publishes a San Francisco average of $165 per night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026, with October at $176. Engine labels its figures as par rates, the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search.
The Thursday run to SFO
Moscone West sits at Powell Station on BART and Muni. Moscone North and Moscone South sit at Montgomery Station.
On October 15 and 16, BART closes the segment between Glen Park and Daly City for maintenance. The organizer's page reports 20 to 40 minute delays and asks passengers heading toward SFO or Millbrae to add one hour to the trip. SamTrans runs free express shuttle buses between Daly City and Glen Park, a ride the page puts at roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
A delegate who leaves the floor at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday and flies out the same evening can book the Afternoon slot, which runs to 6:00 p.m. That window covers a shower, a repack and a last set of calls before the ride to SFO. Every rate and window above carries an October 6, 2026 reading date.
