The Great American Franchise Expo holds the Tampa Convention Center from 7 a.m. on Saturday 27 February 2027 to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday 28 February. The City of Tampa record prints that window and the address at 333 S Franklin St.

The record names no hall, no daily opening hour and no seminar grid. The organiser's seminar page reads "Check back 1 month before the expo for the seminar schedule."

The Dallas grid the circuit uses

The organiser's Dallas 2026 seminar page prints eight seminar blocks from 11:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: 11:15 to 11:40, 11:40 to 12:05, 12:05 to 12:25, 12:25 to 12:50, 12:50 to 1:15, 1:15 to 1:40, 1:40 to 2:05, and 2:05 to 2:30. Seven blocks run 25 minutes. The 12:05 to 12:25 block runs 20.

A VIP expert panel from Powerteam International follows at 2:30 to 3:00. Bill Walsh closes the day with a keynote from 3:00 to 4:00.

The eight blocks fill 195 minutes with no gap between them.

The call that has to sit outside the hall

A closed-door call fits before 11:15 or after 4 p.m. The seminar run leaves no hour inside it.

A room held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. covers the 75 minutes before the first block and ends at the hour the keynote closes. A room held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. covers the last half hour of the floor and the evening after.

Free Wi-Fi, paid hall internet

Free Wi-Fi runs in all public areas and meeting rooms of the venue, and outside at The Sail Plaza. Internet in the Exhibit Halls is a daily-fee service from SmartCity, the venue's in-house exclusive provider.

The second floor holds the WaterView Lounge, East Registration, West Registration and an outdoor escalator landing with tables and chairs. The page publishes no seat count, no hours and no booking process for the lounge.

Four downtown day rates, read 21 October 2026

The Dayuse Tampa shelf returned 14 priced cards on 21 October 2026. Four sit downtown.

Westin Tampa Waterside at 725 S Harbour Island Blvd prices at $138 against $330, with a $9 fee and a 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. window, 0.3 miles out.

The meter against the room

Front Drive at 333 S Franklin Street holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour, Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking. A six-hour day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. costs $24 at the meter. A full meter day costs $64.

The Convention Center garage at 141 E Brorein Street holds 454 spaces, 11 ADA spaces and 2 electric vehicle chargers under a 6 ft 6 in clearance, at an event rate of $5.00 to $50.00.

What the platform publishes

hotelSlots sells four slots: morning 6 a.m. to noon, afternoon noon to 6 p.m., evening 6 p.m. to midnight, and overnight midnight to 6 a.m. Its pages state that day-use rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate, that it charges no booking fee, and that the guest pays the hotel directly. The Dayuse cards carry booking fees of $5 to $10 on top of the day rate.

Its FAQ lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states that restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws. Its seller-of-travel page states that it cannot process booking requests for travel to Florida.

Every rate here is a 21 October 2026 shelf read.

What to book

An exhibitor who needs a closed door books the window outside the seminar run. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. block covers the time before 11:15. The 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. block covers the last half hour of the floor and the evening.

Add the meter to the rate. Six hours at Front Drive costs $24.
