A three-day conference runs at the Tampa Convention Center from 1pm on Tuesday 16 February 2027 to 7pm on Thursday 18 February. The City of Tampa record prints that window and the rooms: Ballroom A-D and the meeting rooms.

Tuesday holds a morning before the open. Wednesday runs with no published hour at either end. Thursday ends at 7pm.

The morning a day room covers

A room booked for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. covers the arrival, a change of clothes and a desk through the 1 p.m. open. No downtown card on the Dayuse Tampa shelf opens before 10 a.m.

What the platform publishes

hotelSlots sells four slots: morning 6 a.m. to noon, afternoon noon to 6 p.m., evening 6 p.m. to midnight, and overnight midnight to 6 a.m. Its pages state that day-use rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate, that it charges no booking fee, and that the guest pays the hotel directly.

Its FAQ lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states that restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws. Its seller-of-travel page states that it cannot process booking requests for travel to Florida.

Every rate here comes from the 21 October 2026 shelf read. Day rates move inside a day.
