Spectrum Miami opens on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 and closes on Sunday, December 6. The floor at Mana Wynwood Convention Center runs eight hours a day from Thursday through Saturday and six hours on Sunday. An exhibitor who stands that shift needs a room between the opening night preview and the first full floor day.
Two downtown hotels publish day rates. YVE Hotel Miami lists $111 against a $245 overnight rate. Gale Miami Hotel and Residences lists $148 against $370. YVE sits 2.5 road miles from the Mana Wynwood door, or 6 minutes by car.
The published grid
VIP and press preview runs Wednesday, December 2 from 5pm to 6pm. Opening Night Preview runs the same evening from 6pm to 9pm, with admission for guests aged 21 and over or accompanied by an adult. Show hours run Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 8pm. Sunday runs 12pm to 6pm.
The car park sets the clock
Parking sells onsite, first come, first served, at $33 plus tax on all days. Payment is due at entry. A paid stay runs 12 hours and carries no overnight privilege and no in and out privilege. Ten stalls are ADA compliant. Redwood Art Group points drivers to further Wynwood parking through ParkWhiz.
Twelve hours from a 12pm arrival ends at midnight. A 12pm to 8pm shift and the walk back to the car fit inside that window. A midday trip to a hotel and back does not fit, because the paid stay carries no re-entry.
No bag storage on the floor
The attendee FAQ bars large bags, back packs and computer bags. It also bars suitcases of any kind, folding bicycles, scooters, skateboards and any item bigger than a handbag.
The coat check line on that FAQ names Artexpo New York. No Spectrum Miami page in this set publishes one. A visitor working the floor leaves a bag, a laptop or a change of clothes at the hotel or in the car.
Two downtown windows, measured
YVE lists windows at 10am to 6pm and 2pm to 8pm. Gale lists 8am to 2pm and 9am to 4pm. The YVE card carries a Downtown Miami breadcrumb and an address at 146 Biscayne Boulevard. The straight-line distance to the Mana Wynwood door measures 1.7 miles. A routing check returns 2.5 road miles and 6 minutes. The Gale card carries a Downtown Miami breadcrumb and no street line.
Both rates come from the dayuse.com Miami page, read on 18 October 2026. That page quotes an average day room in Miami at around $114. Prices move, so treat each figure as the number on the page at that hour.
Which window fits a floor day
The 2pm slot at YVE ends at 8pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the floor closes at the same minute. That window covers the back six hours of the shift, including the close and the walk out.
The 8am slot at Gale ends at 2pm. It covers the morning after Opening Night Preview, which ends at 9pm: a shower, a change and a bag drop before the 12pm start. The room closes two hours into the shift, so the bag returns to the floor or the car.
Neither downtown card runs 12pm to 8pm in one window. The cards that reach 8pm sit on Miami Beach. Cadillac Hotel and Beach Club lists $201 against $344 with a 10am to 8pm window. Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach lists $177 against $399, with 10am to 8pm among its windows. Both sit across the bay from Wynwood.
Two fairs in one building
Red Dot Miami runs the same dates and the same hours as Spectrum Miami. The Spectrum page and the Red Dot page share the venue, Mana Wynwood Convention Center, and both publish the $33 parking terms. Mana Wynwood lists 1,000+ events since 2016 and 100,000 total square feet across the campus.
Programs on the floor
Spectrum runs the Discoveries Collection, priced at $3,000 or less, the Spotlight Program, Art Labs, Meet the Artist and the Art Theater. Red Dot runs Discoveries Collection, Spotlight Program, Art Labs and Meet the Curator. Redwood Art Group counts over 40 fairs across more than 11 years and nearly 100,000 attendees a year.
Admission terms
Tickets sell online in advance and at the door on the day, and advance booking costs less. Children of all ages enter, and visitors aged 15 and under enter free. Visitors under 16 must arrive with an adult, and strollers are barred. Wheelchairs sit onsite on a first come, first served basis, and the fair asks anyone who needs one at a set time to contact the operations manager in advance. Only ADA certified service dogs enter. Smoking and vaping are barred. Photography of artwork needs the permission of the exhibitor.
The Florida rule on day-use booking
hotelSlots covers 46 states with 103,857+ hotels offering day-use rooms. Its seller-of-travel page, last updated October 18, 2026, states that the platform cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, and routes questions to compliance@hotelhuddle.com. The platform directory carries no Florida state page; /directory/florida answers with a 404 and a two-byte body.
The floor closes at 8pm on the three long days. Match the room window to that minute before paying.
