The Published Day
The San Francisco Coffee Festival runs its 10th annual edition on Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8, 2026. The venue is the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco.
Both days run the same published grid. Early Admission opens at 9:00am and closes at 10:00am. Session 1 general admission runs 10:00am to 1:00pm. A Service Break follows. Session 2 general admission runs 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
Each general session runs three hours. The ticketing page adds one service rule: "All service stops 15 minutes prior to the end of each Session time." Service inside Session 1 ends at 12:45pm, and service inside Session 2 ends at 4:15pm.
The Service Break Runs 30 Minutes
The break between the two published sessions runs from 1:00pm to 1:30pm. That is 30 minutes.
The organiser explains the break in its own words: "It's important to make sure roasters are afforded the Service Break as an opportunity to rest and have a breather(!) between the two sessions. So, while there is not service between session times, we encourage you to use this time to chat with roasters and learn more about them and the coffee you've been enjoying, or grab a bite to eat from one of the many amazing food trucks outside!" The food truck line is the organiser's own instruction for the gap.
Early Admission and the All Day Pass
Early Admission buys one hour ahead of general admission and continues into the general session. The organiser states that an Early Admission ticket includes the GA time, and that an Early Admission pass does not skip lines once inside the venue.
The All Day pass covers both sessions of one day. The organiser describes a limited number of All Day passes, with in and out privileges, and with the exclusive opportunity to remain inside the venue during the Service Break.
Four ticketing rules govern the day. Each entry requires a ticket, because of venue capacity. A pass is valid for the date and the session purchased only. The sale is final and nonrefundable. Session times transfer at the organiser's discretion, and never within 48 hours of the event start time.
What Fills the Sessions
Live music runs per session. Saturday Session 1 has Jermaine and Session 2 has Mae Powell. Sunday Session 1 has Tom Quell and Liv Belda, and Session 2 has Top Chefs and Kelsey Kindall.
The Coffee Convos learning sessions fill part of each block. Saturday Session 1 carries panels at 10:15-11:00am, 11:15-11:45am and 12:00-12:30pm. Saturday Session 2 carries panels at 1:45-2:15pm, 2:30-3:15pm and 3:30-4:00pm.
The eats list names Third Culture Bakery, Le Waf, Avotoasty, Lilikoi Boba Cafe, Cochinita and Cousins Maine Lobster. All food is available for purchase. Coffee tastings from the vendors are included in the ticket. The activations page names Jarold Cadion, who will live-paint two portraits during the festival. The roasters page reads "AND MORE! Announcing More Soon."
The Organiser Publishes No Hotel Partner
The accommodations block carries one line: "Thinking about staying over? We're looking for an official hotel partner for 2026, and will update the information here." The 2026 edition publishes no official hotel partner and no room rate.
Two ZIP codes sit on the venue. The organiser's venue page reads 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94123. The Eventbrite venue record for the same address reads San Francisco, CA 94109. Check the ZIP against the property at booking.
Day-Use Math for a 7.5-Hour Festival Day
The published day opens at 9:00am with Early Admission and closes at 4:30pm. That is 7.5 hours. A hotelSlots day-use room runs 6 to 8 hours, so one slot covers one festival day.
Two slots do the work. A Morning slot runs 6AM-12PM and covers the 9:00am Early Admission hour and the first two hours of Session 1. An Afternoon slot runs 12PM-6PM, covers the rest of the festival day and runs 90 minutes past the 4:30pm close.
The hotelSlots San Francisco directory carries 562 properties. Thirty of them sit in ZIP 94123, the Marina ZIP on the organiser's venue page: Town House Motel at 1650 Lombard St, Star Motel at 1727 Lombard Street, Redwood Inn at 1530 Lombard Street, Ramada Limited San Francisco at 1940 Lombard St, Coventry Inn at 1901 Lombard Street, Hotel Del Sol at 3100 Webster Street, Cow Hollow Motor Inn and Suites at 2190 Lombard Street, Surf Motel at 2265 Lombard Street and Marina Motel at 2576 Lombard Street.
Straight-line distances from the Festival Pavilion, from the network's own property coordinates on the October 14, 2026 read: Town House Motel 721 metres, Star Motel 745 metres, Redwood Inn 752 metres, Ramada Limited San Francisco 758 metres, Coventry Inn 803 metres, Hotel Del Sol 877 metres.
The downtown day rates read on October 14, 2026 run from $85 to $159, against a stated city average of $119.61. Day-use rates on the platform run 30-75% less than the nightly rate at the same hotel, and hotelSlots is free to use. The platform's FAQ names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as the states that restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws. California is not among them.
The Dayuse San Francisco page carries 20 cards, nine of them scoped to the city. All nine sit downtown.
Practical Notes
Children under 13 need no ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. The organiser discourages children because of hot beverages. Federal law bars animals inside the building except qualified service animals. Reusable cups are permitted. The event is indoors and runs regardless of weather. Ticket help runs through tickets@crafthospitality.com, and the accessibility page states a WCAG 2.1 Level AA target.
