Repticon fills Expo Hall at the Florida State Fairgrounds for two days in November, and both days close at 4 p.m. A table holder who packs out at four and flies out in the evening has four hours to fill.
Two days on the Expo Hall floor
The venue’s date block reads 7 November 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm, and 8 November, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday opens an hour later and closes at the same hour. The venue’s calendar feed carries the same two windows, and the prepaid parking product for this show runs 7 to 8 November.
The hall is Expo Hall, 4800 U.S. Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610. Admission is a range from $12 to $15, and children four and under enter free.
A building set up for load-out
Expo Hall carries 87,000+ square feet of exhibit space with 45-foot ceilings, drive-through doors for load-in and load-out, two upgraded show offices and eight flexible meeting rooms. The venue lists complimentary Wifi throughout the building. The drive-through door shortens a 4 p.m. pack-out for a one-table vendor.
Which gate
Two venue records disagree on the entrance. The event page’s Where to Enter field reads MLK JR BLVD. The venue map places Expo Hall at the US Hwy 301 Entrance, Gate 1, and the prepaid parking product reads: Good for One Time Entry Only. Enter thru HWY 301 entrance.
The parking ticket is the document scanned at the barrier, and it names the 301 entrance.
Four hours between the close and the terminal
Dayuse’s Tampa page carried 14 priced cards on 21 October 2026, with an average day rate of $126.64 across them. Two of those cards list themselves near the fairgrounds.
Quality Inn & Suites Tampa near Fairgrounds and Casino lists $71 for the day against $88 for the night, a 27 per cent discount and a $6 booking fee, with windows at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. window matches a 4 p.m. close. The room goes live while the hall is still being packed up and holds until 7 p.m., which leaves three hours to shower and reach the terminal.
Clarion Pointe Tampa-Brandon Near Fairgrounds and Casino lists $71 against $96, a 33 per cent discount and a $6 fee, with windows at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Its later window ends on the closing hour itself, so it cannot hold a room after the floor shuts.
The property nearest the gate sells no day room. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino is the venue’s hotel partner at 0.2 miles, described on the venue page as directly across the street, and it carries no card in the Dayuse set.
What the afternoon adds up to
A day rate of $71 plus the $6 booking fee is $77 against the card’s own $88 nightly figure. Parking is $10 prepaid online or $12 at the fairground gate. An attendee adds $12 to $15 at the door, which puts the day at $99 to $102 before food.
The room runs 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on either show day, at $77 against the $88 nightly rate on the same card.
Florida’s day-use rule
hotelSlots publishes its own limit on this market. Its seller of travel notice, dated 21 October 2026, names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states it cannot serve. Its directory carries no Florida state page, and /directory/florida answers with a 404 and a 2-byte body. The priced set above is the working inventory for a Tampa afternoon, and each figure comes from one read on 21 October 2026.
The order for a Sunday
Sunday opens at 10 a.m., so the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. window on the Clarion Pointe card covers the whole session and ends at the close. A vendor who wants the room after the floor shuts needs the Quality Inn’s 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. slot on either day.
Book parking before the show at the $10 price, keep the 301 entrance from the parking ticket in hand, and take the afternoon window. Recheck the rate and the slot on the day. This card set has changed between reads.
