The Oregon Convention Center lists the Native American New Years Eve Pow Wow 2026 across 31 December and 1 January in Halls A-A1. The visible card prints Thursday 31 December, 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The contact line is 503-224-1044.

Two clocks on one card

The page's structured record reads a start of 18:00 on 31 December and an end of 01:00 on 1 January. That places the opening at 6 p.m. and the finish at 1 a.m. The visible block prints 1 p.m.

Five hours separate the two readings. Confirm the door hour before a room is booked against either one.

What eleven hours cover

hotelSlots sells four slots: Morning 6 a.m. to noon, Afternoon noon to 6 p.m., Evening 6 p.m. to midnight, and Overnight midnight to 6 a.m. The platform says slots combine for full-day coverage.

A 1 p.m. arrival and a midnight finish run eleven hours. Afternoon plus Evening covers noon to midnight in two bookings. Evening alone covers the second half of the programme.

Wi-Fi, priced two ways

Complimentary Wi-Fi runs in every lobby and meeting room. Individual pay-as-you-go service costs $12 a day for Basic and $50 a day for Business Class, charged to a card with support on site. The venue publishes no bandwidth figure for either tier.

The two prices are documented as prices, and the documentation stops there.

The garage, the lockers and the food

The underground garage holds 800 spaces. Standard entry runs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges, and over 18 hours carries additional fees. Event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at entry. The garage opens at 6 a.m. Overnight parking is prohibited. P1 holds 10 accessible spaces and P2 holds 11.

LocketGo lockers sit at the MLK Lobby, the Holladay Lobby and the Ginkoberry Concourse. They are reservable with a mobile device and a credit card. The building runs cashless.

The Eat Now page lists Orbit Marketplace as grab and go, salads and sandwiches, at Pre-Function A and Exhibit Hall A. Outlet hours follow the date selected on the page. On this read the page showed 19 October and listed every outlet closed, so no 31 December hour is published.

Evening windows in the priced set

The Portland day-use set read at 17:49 UTC on 18 October 2026 carried 19 priced properties. Three of them publish a window that reaches the evening.

Jupiter Original lists $89 against a $150 overnight rate, with a 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. window and a 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. window. It sits 0.41 straight-line miles from the doors. Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown lists $107 against $170, with five windows including 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., 0.91 miles out. The Nines lists $159 against $450, with a 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. window, 0.96 miles out.

The distances are straight-line from the convention center. Every rate carries the read time because the set moves during a day.

The window that ends closest to midnight

No Portland card in the set reaches midnight. Jupiter Original's 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. window runs closest, one hour short of the printed close.

hotelSlots states that it charges no booking fee and that the guest pays the hotel directly. The platform publishes two discount bands: 30-75 percent less than the nightly rate on the home page, and 40-60 percent less than overnight on the day-use page.

Oregon is not on the four-state list the platform says restricts day-use bookings.

An order to book in

Confirm the door hour first. For an afternoon inside the hall, Royal Sonesta 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. covers the printed block from 1 p.m. and six hours of the programme. For the late stretch, Jupiter Original 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. costs $89 and sits four tenths of a mile from the building.

Reserve a locker if bags move between lobbies. Buy the $15 garage ticket only if the car leaves within 18 hours. Keep the confirmation for the door, because the two clocks on the venue card leave the arrival hour to the organiser.
