The Portland Wedding Show 2027 runs Saturday, January 23 and Sunday, January 24 in Hall D at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Portland, Oregon 97232. The venue lists it as a ticketed public event. The hours are Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The show office answers at 503.388.3434.
Sunday holds three hours on the floor. A visitor who arrives at noon and stays to the close covers the whole hall in one afternoon.
What a ticket costs on each date
General admission carries three prices on the ticket page. A ticket costs $5 plus a $1.25 fee, or $6.25 at checkout, bought before November 23, 2026. It costs $10 before the show opens. It costs $20 once the doors open.
VIP All Access costs $30 plus a $2.38 fee, or $32.38 at checkout. The VIP ticket buys entry at 10:00 AM on Saturday or 11:00 AM on Sunday, and the early hour covers everyone arriving with the VIP holder. It adds a swag bag, a bride-to-be sash, a gift card for two wedding bands and one drawing entry for a $500 Alaska Airlines gift card. VIP quantity is limited and sells in advance only.
One ticket admits one person and works on either day or both. A hand stamp carries a free return on Sunday. Children under 12 enter free without a ticket. The ticket page states that all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
What the Sunday window holds
The show gathers local vendors across the categories a wedding needs: venues, photographers, florists, caterers, gowns and DJs. Hall D holds the whole show. Two vendor categories sit a short walk apart.
Sunday VIP entry starts at 11:00 AM, an hour ahead of general admission. The ticket page describes that hour as a relaxed setting for vendor conversations.
One VIP ticket at $32.38 and one general admission ticket at $6.25 bring two people in at 11:00 AM on Sunday. Two general admission tickets bought at the door cost $40 and buy no early hour.
Parking against a three-hour visit
The convention center garage holds 800 spaces. It takes entry from NE Lloyd Boulevard at level P1, with 7 feet of clearance, and from NE First Avenue at level P2, with 9 feet. The standard rate is $15 for up to 18 hours, with no in-and-out privileges. Event entry takes a dynamic $15 to $25. The garage opens at 6:00 AM and prohibits overnight parking.
Three hours on the floor against $15 comes to $5 an hour at the gate rate. The same $15 covers 18 hours. A Sunday visitor who adds a venue visit or a dress fitting spreads the charge across a longer day.
Transit carries no flat charge. TriMet MAX stops 300 times a day at the front door. The Portland Streetcar A Loop arrives at NE MLK and Hoyt every 15 minutes. TriMet bus line 6 stops at NE MLK and Holladay, near the Holladay and MLK entrances.
The building is cashless. Its restaurants, cafes and drive-through parking booths take credit and debit cards and touchless payment.
