A One-Day Summit That Ends At Six

The Oregon Business Plan Leadership Summit 2026 takes the Portland Ballroom at the Oregon Convention Center on Monday, December 7. The organiser prints 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a reception to follow.

The registration platform carries the agenda. On-site registration opens at 7:30 a.m. in the Portland Ballroom Lobby. The plenary session starts at 8:30 a.m. in the Portland Ballroom. Two rounds of breakout sessions use the D and E meeting rooms. The summit concludes at 4:00 p.m. and the reception runs 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the D and E meeting room foyer.

The venue card prints the date, the room and Registration Required. It prints no hour. The venue's event data runs 7:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. that day, which is the hall hire.

The 24th Annual, Priced

A general seat is $375 for online registration by 12:00 p.m. on December 4, or $450 onsite. Public sector and nonprofit registration is $275 online and $450 onsite, and the tier covers local city and county elected officials. Full-time students pay $75 either way with a valid ID. Press admission is complimentary. Statewide elected officials receive one complimentary admission per office.

Online registration closes at noon on Friday, December 4. The on-site desk opens at 7:30 a.m. on the Monday. A substitute may attend in a registered place. Refunds are granted only if the event is cancelled. A reduced rate of $125 is available under the Equitable Access Program, with the interest form due Friday, October 30.

The Gap After The Foyer

The programme ends at 4 p.m. and the foyer stays open to 6 p.m. A delegate who checks out that morning and flies that evening carries a bag and a laptop through both.

A day-use booking covers that gap. hotelSlots sells four slots: Morning 6AM-12PM, Afternoon 12PM-6PM, Evening 6PM-12AM and Overnight 12AM-6AM. The slots combine for full-day coverage. Portland bookings carry no state day-use restriction; hotelSlots names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as the four states where travel law restricts day-use sales.

What The Building Gives You Between Sessions

Complimentary Wi-Fi covers every lobby and meeting room, with Basic at $12 a day and Business Class at $50 a day on a card.

LocketGo lockers take short-term storage at the MLK Lobby near the main entrance, the Holladay Lobby at the north end of the building and the Ginkoberry Concourse at the south end. A guest reserves one by mobile device and credit card.

The Guest Experience Marketplace sits next to the main welcome desk on the lobby level, across from the MLK entrance. It prints and copies free of charge from a self-serve cloud queue, black and white on 8.5 by 11 inch paper.

The venue is cashless. Five ATMs serve the Pre-Function lobbies and the South Ginkoberry Concourse. A reverse ATM in the MLK Lobby loads cash onto a card once at no fee.

Windows That Reach Past Six

The Portland card set read on 19 October 2026 lists 19 priced properties. The afternoon slot ends at 6 p.m., the same minute the reception ends, so the window that covers the walk from the foyer is the evening one. These are the cards whose windows run to 8 p.m. or later, with the day rate against the same card comparative:

Jupiter Original, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., $89 against $150. Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at $107 against $170, with a 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. window at the same rate and a 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. window. Jupiter Next, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., $123 against $209. The Nines, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., $159 against $450. Kimpton Hotel Vintage, noon to 7 p.m., $135 against $230. Ramada by Wyndham Portland, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., $91 against $200.

Five of the six sit inside a mile of the doors: Jupiter Original at 0.42 straight-line miles, Jupiter Next at 0.43, Royal Sonesta at 0.90 and 1.63 road miles, Kimpton Hotel Vintage at 0.92 and 1.31 road miles, and The Nines at 0.96 and 1.73 road miles. The Ramada is 4.82 straight-line and 6.51 road miles away.

Each card sells a slot window and carries no check-in or checkout time. Booking fees run $5 to $10. A day from 7:30 a.m. registration to a 6 p.m. reception runs 10.5 hours, which spans two of the platform slots.

Getting Out Of The Lloyd District

The convention center puts itself eight miles from Portland International Airport. A driving route from the doors to the terminal measures 11.2 road miles at 18 minutes. The garage holds 800 spaces at $15 for up to 18 hours, with a dynamic $15 to $25 charged at entry during events, and it opens at 6 a.m. Overnight parking is prohibited.

MAX light rail stops 300 times a day at the front door. The Streetcar A Loop runs every 15 minutes. 566 metered spaces sit within three blocks.

The Hotel Partner

The summit names the Hyatt Regency as its hotel partner and links a group booking page under the code G-OBCS. That page refuses a plain fetch. Ask the property for the group rate and for a day-use window separately.

Booking The Evening

hotelSlots is free to use and charges no booking fee. The guest pays the property. The platform states that day-use rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same hotel across a network of 46 states and 103,857 hotels.

For December 7 the request is an evening window at a downtown property within a mile of 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Price the answer against the cards above, which ran $89 to $159 a window on 19 October 2026.
