The hall block and the clock

Pac West Cheer and Dance Nationals 2027 holds Halls D-E at the Oregon Convention Center from February 26 to 28. The venue card marks the event Registration Required. The card prints no door time.

The page data behind that card runs the booking from 8 a.m. Friday February 26 to 7 p.m. Sunday February 28.

The PacWest event card lists Portland, OR and 2/26/2027 to 2/28/2027, a 500-point Varsity Cheer League designation and bids to the Varsity All Star end-of-season championships.

The organiser publishes a narrower line for the competition itself. Championship Information reads February 27-28, 2027, and the schedule block reads 2027 Information coming soon. The page names Vance Elliott for performance order and general event information.

Two other bookings share the weekend. In10sity Dance Competition takes the Oregon Ballroom for the same three days. Bricks Cascade 2027 takes Halls A-A1 on February 27 and 28.

The lobby level as a workspace

The OCC publishes complimentary Wi-Fi in all lobbies and meeting rooms. A guest who buys the upgraded service pays $12 a day for Basic or $50 a day for Business Class, by credit card, with support on site.

The Guest Experience Marketplace sits next to the main welcome desk, in front of the guest experience office on the lobby level, across from the MLK entrance. Self-serve cloud printing and copying there is free, black and white only, on 8.5 by 11 inch paper. That covers a scoresheet or a parent form on a Saturday morning.

Welcome agents at the desk book mobility scooters, hold booster seats and run lost and found. The guest experience line is 503-731-7914. The welcome concierge number is 503-731-7800.

Lockers between halls

LocketGo rents short-term lockers inside the building. The lockers are salmon coloured and reservable on a phone with a credit card. The three locations are the MLK Lobby near the main entrance, the Holladay Lobby at the north end and the Ginkoberry Concourse at the south end.

That is the storage answer for a team that leaves Hall D, changes and returns for an evening session.

Cash in a cashless building

The OCC takes credit and debit cards and touchless payment at every till, including the drive-through parking booths. Five ATMs cover the concourses: Pre-Function A, B and C Lobbies, the South Ginkoberry Concourse and Pre-Function E Lobby.

A cash-only visitor can load a Visa card at the Reverse ATM down the short hallway to the left of the welcome desk in the MLK Lobby. The card loads once with a cash credit and carries no fee. It works in the restaurants, the cafes and the garage.

Day-use rooms on a Friday hall call

The Dayuse Portland city page listed 19 priced properties at 21:48 UTC on 19 October 2026. The figures below are the rendered card prices at that read. Distances are straight-line from the venue pin at 45.528324, -122.663105.

Its seller-of-travel page names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states it cannot serve. Oregon is not on that list.

Housing and arrival

The PacWest event listing carries a Housing Required designation. The event page publishes no Portland block rate.

The garage holds 800 spaces on two underground levels, P1 at 7 feet of clearance and P2 at 9. Standard entry is $15 for up to 18 hours with no in and out privileges. Event days carry a dynamic rate of $15 to $25. The garage opens daily at 6 a.m. and takes no overnight vehicles.

MAX stops 300 times a day at the front door. The Streetcar A Loop runs every 15 minutes. The OCC counts 566 metered spaces within three blocks.

What a between-sessions booking needs
