The gate sets the day

Ikebana International Miami Chapter 131 runs two free workshops, 11am to 12 noon and 1:30pm to 2:30pm, in the first tent. Reserve a free ticket online for the session you want.
What carries a price
The tea ceremony runs $10 a seat, with seating capped at 25 ticket holders at 11:15am and 25 at 1:30pm. Masks are required during the ceremony.
A sushi sample plate runs $10. The yukata experience runs $10 for children and $20 for adults for a 15-minute session.
Calligraphy runs $3 for one name and $5 for three. The ticket desk also sells $1 water and items at $2 to $10.
The event runs cash only. The ticket page asks guests to bring small bills for food and beverage purchases.
Parking and the coupon
The garden's directions page sends drivers to the Jungle Island garage. Jungle Island charges $20 for the day, and the park issues a $5 off coupon during a festival.
The coupon brings the day to $15 per vehicle. The coupon and the parking money travel together.
The day-use slot a Miami trip needs

The garden states that the festival runs rain or shine, that the schedule is approximate and subject to change, and that it issues no rainchecks and no refunds.
A wet afternoon does not return the day rate. Ask for the cancellation deadline in writing before the card goes in.
The order to book in
Reserve the ikebana place and buy the tea ticket before the room. Both carry caps, and the room does not.
Then book the room against the park clock, pack small bills for the food stalls, and keep the coupon for the $15 garage rate.
