Two days on two different clocks
The Miami Gun Show runs Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8, 2026 at the Miami Dade Fairgrounds and Exposition, 10901 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165. Florida Gun Shows lists the cost at $17.00 and publishes the two days on separate clocks. Saturday runs 9:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday runs 10:00am to 5:00pm.
One hour of the weekend belongs to nobody. A Saturday that closes at 5pm and a Sunday that opens at 10am leave a 17-hour gap in the middle of a two-day show, and the people who work both days sit in it.
The fairgrounds board lists the show across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille for those two days. The promoter counts 500 tables at this venue, against 800 at Tampa, 700 at Orlando, 500 at Fort Myers and 400 at Palmetto.
What the $17 covers
Admission is $17.00. The promoter answers the ticket question on its FAQ: tickets are sold at a daily rate and are not good for both days. Tickets are sold at the door only, so nobody buys Sunday out of Saturday. Children 12 and under are free, per the same page.
Two concealed weapon classes run each day, posted as 11:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm, with no pre-registration and seats sold first come, first served. The FAQ puts a class at about two and a half hours while the posted blocks run two hours each, so confirm the finish with the instructor.
A firearm carried in for sale or trade stops at the door. The FAQ requires every gun to be unloaded and secured with a plastic tie at the security desk, and the exhibitor rules repeat the ban on loaded weapons in the building, personal weapons included.
The overnight the vendor works around
Vendors carry the harder weekend. Setup runs Friday 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday 7:00am to 8:30am, and the exhibitor rules require vendors to be at the show both days, with leaving early disallowed without prior notice and consent of show management. No Sunday setup window is published.
Table rates are $130 for an aisle table and $140 for a wall table, standard 8ft, with wall tables not guaranteed. Vendors receive two badges for the first table and one for each additional table. A two-day vendor at an aisle table has spent $130 on the table and $34 on two days of admission before the first case comes out of the truck.
That is the day-use case in one line. The Saturday pack-out ends at 5pm, the Sunday pack-in has no published window, and the reset needs a room rather than a Miami car park in November.
Which rooms reach the Sunday close
The Miami day-use cards carry windows and rates each property sets. Read on 18 October 2026, six of them run past the 5pm Sunday close, and the road miles below run from the fairgrounds entrance at 10901 SW 24th St.
Atrium Hotel Miami in Miami Springs publishes 9:00am to 5:00pm at $65 against a $140 nightly rate, 10.3 road miles out and about 20 minutes away. The window matches the Sunday show hour edge to edge, and the rate undercuts the $130 aisle table.
enVision Hotel Miami International Airport in Doral publishes 10:00am to 10:00pm at $85 against $125, 6.2 road miles and 13 minutes out. Wyndham Garden Miami International Airport publishes 10:00am to 7:00pm at $85 against $200, 10.2 road miles and 20 minutes. Element by Westin Miami International Airport publishes 10:00am to 6:00pm at $95 against $143, 10.6 road miles and 20 minutes.
Element Miami Doral publishes 10:00am to 6:00pm at $111 against $179, 3.9 road miles and 9 minutes out, the closest of the six. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami-Kendall publishes 12:00pm to 6:00pm at $95 against $249, 10.5 road miles and 20 minutes.
The morning windows are the budget option for a vendor who needs the reset and nothing more. enVision and Wyndham Garden carry a crew past the close and into the evening.
Timing the pack-out
The promoter publishes no tear-down hour, so plan against the 5pm close. A room booked to 6pm absorbs the load-out that follows the last sale. The 10:00am to 10:00pm window at enVision reaches five hours past the published close, which covers a load-out, a shower and a drive to the airport.
Where Florida stands on day-use booking
hotelSlots cannot process a booking request for travel to Florida yet. Its seller-of-travel page, updated October 18, 2026, states that it cannot take requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington until the Florida Seller of Travel registration under Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes is in place. The home page FAQ carries the same list of four states.
Book the day room direct with the property and confirm the slot start and end in writing. The platform's home page states that day-use rates run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same hotel, and the cards above price against that nightly figure.
Order to book in
Call the promoter at (407) 410-6870 for the Sunday gate and the class seats. Ask the property to confirm the slot start and end in writing, because the card set moves between reads on the same night. Then price the room beside the table fee and the $17 admission together. At $65 for a 9am to 5pm window, the room costs less than the aisle table.
