The Longhorn State Tattoo Expo runs October 30 to November 1 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, in Exhibit Hall B. The venue page carries the date range, the hall and a short description: live entertainment, tattoo contests and seminars, hosted by Shine and Deanna James and presented by Sullen.

The organiser gives each day its own clock. Friday runs 4 p.m. to midnight, Saturday noon to midnight, Sunday noon to 7 p.m. The listing header prints one 4 PM-7 PM line across all three days, and the organiser answer sits under it.

What one Sunday holds

Sunday November 1 is the seven-hour day. Doors open at noon and close at 7 p.m. The hall holds tattoo artists, vendors and contest stages inside that window.

Admission runs from $36.64 to $71.30 on the listing. Children under 12 enter free, and refunds run up to seven days before the event. The expo site prints the address as 650 South Griffin Street.

The building runs cashless

The venue states that Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is a cashless facility, and adds that select exhibitors may accept cash. A guest who plans to tip an artist carries a card.

Two ATM banks cover the cash case, at Level 2 A Lobby and Level 2 C Lobby.

A desk, a counter and a quiet corner

Free Wi-Fi runs in all common areas and meeting rooms, through a partnership with Visit Dallas and Smart City Networks. The network name is Free Internet. A guest who answers mail between appointments works from a common-area seat on that network.

The venue has no on-site business center. The adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel holds a UPS Business Center. A print job or a courier drop belongs at the Omni.

Two food counters sit in the Level 2 C Lobby. Kay's Place serves Starbucks drip coffee, hot teas, espressos, ready-to-drink beverages, snacks and pastries. Go Natural serves deli sandwiches, wraps and salads, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Menus and hours vary by event, and Sodexo Live! publishes no fixed hours.

Two Mamava nursing pods sit on the campus: Level 2 A Lobby by the Arena, and Level 2 C Lobby by Kay's Place and Go Natural.

Lot C and the 170 spots

Lot C sits at 502 South Lamar Street and holds 170 spots at $17. The on-site garage sits at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street, holds 1,200 spots on two levels, and charges $20. Both run per day per entry, with no in-and-out, and both fill first come.

The no-in-and-out rule shapes a Sunday. A guest who parks at noon and leaves at 7 p.m. pays $17. A guest who drives out for lunch pays again on the return.

The venue names the Lower C Driveway between Lamar and Griffin Streets as the rideshare point.

Seven hours against a day room

The Dayuse Dallas shelf carried 29 cards on 22 October 2026. Six carry a window that opens at noon or earlier and runs to 7 p.m. or later. Prices are the all-in day rate the shelf displays.
