Four nights on the fairgrounds
The Living Proof Miami Crusade runs February 7 to 10, 2027. The ministry stages it on the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds at 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami. Services begin at 6:30 PM EST each night. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Admission is free. The page asks for no registration. Seating is first-come, first-served.
The fairgrounds events board carries the same four days. Its entry reads Times: 6:30 PM to 9 PM. It files the crusade under Grounds and marks it as a new event at the venue. The ministry page prints no closing hour. The 9 PM close rests on the venue board.
The volunteer call Miami has not published
The crusade page carries a volunteer section and a Volunteer Now link. That page reads: "Volunteer sign-ups for this crusade will open soon; watch this page for details." The FAQ repeats the line. No arrival hour for Miami volunteers appears anywhere on the page.
The ministry prints that hour on its other crusades. The Albany crusade of November 29 to December 1, 2026 lists 3:00 PM volunteer sign in and 4:00 PM volunteer orientation ahead of a 6:30 PM service. Its second and third nights list 3:30 PM volunteers arrive, 4:00 PM prayer and 4:30 PM volunteers meet their manager. The Delano night of October 11, 2026 lists 3:30 PM volunteer sign in and 4:00 PM volunteer orientation training ahead of a 6:00 PM service.
Albany runs a 3 PM sign-in against a 6:30 PM service. Miami runs the same 6:30 PM service with a 5:30 PM door. A 3 PM sign-in in Miami leaves two and a half hours before the door and three and a half before the service.
What that interval holds
A volunteer who signs in at 3 PM carries a change of clothes and a bag for the night. Four nights means four of those intervals. A day room takes the bag and the shower before the 5:30 PM door.
The service starts at 6:30 PM. A slot that runs to 6 PM covers the sign-in, the door and the first half hour of the service.
Windows that reach the door
hotelSlots sells day rooms in four slots: Morning 6 AM to 12 PM, Afternoon 12 PM to 6 PM, Evening 6 PM to 12 AM and Overnight 12 AM to 6 AM. Each property prints its own window, and that window decides the booking. The platform states the alternative in its comparison block: check-in at 3pm or nothing.
The 17 October 2026 read of the Dayuse Miami page carried 20 cards at an average of $98.80 for a day room, before booking fees. The distances below are straight-line miles from the venue point OpenStreetMap publishes for 10901 SW 24th Street.
Six cards carry a window that opens at 3 PM or earlier and closes at 6 PM or later. Element Miami Doral prices $104 against $179 on 10am-6pm, 3.9 miles out. Wyndham Garden Miami International Airport prices $79 against $200 on 10am-7pm, 7.2 miles out. Sonesta Miami Airport prices $110 against $143 on 12pm-6pm, 7.0 miles out. Fairfield Inn & Suites Miami Airport South prices $121 against $129 on 12pm-6pm, 7.2 miles out. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami-Kendall prices $89 against $249 on 12pm-6pm, 7.5 miles out. Pullman Miami Airport prices $119 against $178.50 on 10am-6pm, 5.5 miles out.
Several cheaper cards stop short of the door. Atrium Hotel Miami prices $59 against $140, and its 9am-5pm window ends half an hour before the door. La Quinta Inn Miami Airport North prices $69 against $100 on 10am-5pm. A volunteer who books either slot gives up the last half hour before doors.
Four afternoons against four nights
A volunteer who stays the four nights at Element Miami Doral pays $179 a night, or $716 across the run. The same card sells a day slot at $104. Four afternoon slots run $416. The difference is $300, and the volunteer spends those hours at the crusade.
hotelSlots states that day-use rates typically run 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same property. Its day-use page states 40 to 60 percent below overnight and lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access as included.
Florida sits on the restricted list
hotelSlots covers 46 states with 103,857+ hotels and no booking fees. Its home FAQ reads: A few states (FL, HI, IA, WA) restrict day-use bookings under state travel laws. Its seller-of-travel article reads: We serve the United States, excluding CA, FL, HI, IA, and WA.
Its directory index lists 46 states and carries no Florida entry. Its Florida directory path returns a 404. A Miami day room therefore runs through the property, and the state rule is worth confirming at the desk before any card is charged.
Before the sign-up opens
The Miami volunteer schedule is unwritten today. Watch the crusade page for the form. Confirm the assigned night first. Then ask the property for the window that reaches 5:30 PM.
The four dates are fixed. The volunteer hour is the moving part. The room decision waits on it.
