One day, one badge, one room

The gap between sessions
The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the official conference hotel. It connects to the convention center by skywalk, and the conference rate requires a reservation by January 15. Parking is not validated at the Hyatt Regency or at any other location.
The organiser's restaurant list places two options in the Hyatt Regency lobby at 115 W Washington St. Starbucks covers coffee and a light lunch. Pizza de Tito covers pizza by the slice. The organiser measures both at a four-minute walk from the convention center.
That list reaches further when the gap runs longer. Giordano's serves deep-dish pizza at 43 N Illinois St, seven minutes away on the organiser's measure. The Old Spaghetti Factory sits at 210 S Meridian St, five minutes away, and serves lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parking and the badge desk
Four garages serve the convention center. Circle Centre Mall takes entry from Illinois Street between Georgia and Maryland, or from Maryland Street between Capitol and Illinois. The PNC Center and Hyatt Regency garage takes entry from Illinois Street or Capitol Avenue. Capitol Commons is underground, with entrances on Maryland Street, West Washington Street and Capitol Avenue. Plaza Park sits at the southeast corner of Capitol Avenue and Maryland Street.
The conference carries continuing education credits for CSP, CIH and CAIH, CHMM, HRCI, SHRM-PDCs, CNE and wastewater operators. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the conference receive a full refund. A declared snow emergency in Marion County cancels or postpones the event.
