Saturday Closes IDWeek 2026

IDWeek 2026 runs 21 to 24 October at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The meeting is the joint annual assembly of IDSA, SHEA, HIVMA and PIDS. Saturday 24 October is the final day.

The meeting opened on Wednesday with an opening plenary in the afternoon. The exhibit hall and the registration desks set the rest of the week's shape.

The Hall Runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Industry partners staff Halls A and B from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The premier coffee break runs 10 to 10:30 a.m. Lunch runs 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day, while supplies last.

An attendee who wants floor time books the morning. An attendee who wants a quiet room for calls books the afternoon, after 2 p.m.

Registration and Seating

Main registration on Saturday runs 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The desk sits in the BugHub near the Grand Lobby of the convention centre.

Session seating runs first-come, first-served. Attendees must use all available seating, and standing in session rooms is prohibited. The organiser notes in advance that attendance can exceed available seating.

On-Demand Runs to 31 March 2027

All registrants hold on-demand access to IDWeek 2026 sessions through 31 March 2027. Oral presentations stay available until that date. A registration for on-demand access by 30 November 2026 buys the same library without a badge.
