Twelve division windows across four days
HYROX Tampa runs October 22 to 25, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight workout stations, repeated. Heats run from 8 a.m. Thursday to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, and each athlete gets one start inside a window that can run two hours wide.
Thursday runs five windows: men 8:00 to 9:40, doubles men 10:00 to 12:00, doubles women 12:30 to 15:20, women 15:30 to 17:50, doubles mixed 18:20 to 20:30.

Three downtown day rooms, read October 20
A Dayuse read of the Tampa market on October 20, 2026 returned three downtown properties with a day window. The Westin Tampa Waterside sells $129 against a $330 nightly rate, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aloft Tampa Downtown sells $109 against $250, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown sells $139 against $240, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Each card books a fixed window of hours. Each one covers a bed, a shower, Wi-Fi and a desk.
The venue publishes its own distances
The convention center's nearby-hotel list puts The Westin Tampa Waterside at 0.3 miles and ALOFT Tampa Downtown at 0.6. Hotel Flor does not appear on that list. The HYROX venue page states that the walkway to the Embassy Suites will not serve venue access. Every attendee enters by the Riverwalk Entrance on the south side.
No downtown card opens before 10 a.m.
The earliest window in the set opens at 10 a.m. Thursday men start at 8:00 and Sunday doubles women at 8:00. A 10 a.m. card cannot cover either check-in.
A 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. window covers the wait before a midday heat. Thursday doubles women, 12:30 to 15:20, carries an 11:00 check-in. Friday doubles men, 13:10 to 14:20, carries 11:40. Friday doubles mixed, 14:40 to 15:50, carries 13:10. Saturday doubles mixed, 12:40 to 17:40, carries 11:10.
Hotel Flor's 5 p.m. close covers the Saturday mixed window to 17:00. The evening windows sit outside every published card. Thursday doubles mixed starts 18:20, Friday relays start 19:40 and the Saturday pro doubles windows run to 20:30.
Parking sets the price of the wait
The city publishes a flat event rate of $5.00 to $50.00 at six facilities: the Convention Center garage at 141 E Brorein St, Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Dr, Fort Brooke at 107 N Franklin St, the Selmon Expressway West lot at 201 S Ashley Dr, William F. Poe at 802 N Ashley Dr and Twiggs Street at 901 E Twiggs St.
The Convention Center garage holds 454 spaces, 11 of them accessible, with two electric vehicle chargers. Pam Iorio holds 790 spaces and Fort Brooke 556. The Selmon West lot holds 54 spaces.
The non-event rate runs $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum at the Convention Center, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke and Poe. Twiggs and Selmon West run $2 an hour with a $14 maximum. Front Drive at 333 S Franklin St holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour, 8 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking.
The event sets its band and publishes it as a range. A competitor cannot price a six-hour wait in advance. The day rooms sit at $109 to $139 and hold that price through the booking window.
What the room covers
Three bookings cover the weekend. Book a 10 a.m. card for a Friday doubles heat, because an 8 a.m. heat and the 90-minute check-in rule sit ahead of the earliest window these properties publish. Book the Hotel Flor card for Saturday mixed doubles and use the 5 p.m. close. Book a 10 a.m. card on Sunday against the 12:20 p.m. women's window.
Recheck the card on the day of booking. The rates above come from a Dayuse read of the Tampa market on October 20, 2026.
