Hack Your Health runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, in Ballroom A-D and the meeting rooms. The city lists the run as 7 a.m. Friday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The organiser sells a single-day Core Pass at $197, and the buyer picks Friday, Saturday or Sunday at checkout.
The pass ladder
The $197 Core Pass covers one day: general seating at keynotes, breakout and workshop seats, the expo hall, and meet and greets. The tier excludes replays, swag, fast-track check-in and the VIP lounge.
The 3 Day Core Access Pass sells at $397 against a $597 door price. Two single-day passes cost $394, three dollars less than the three-day, and the three-day adds on-demand replays and a tote bag. The VIP Experience Pass sells at $1,197 and is limited to 100 people. A virtual replay pass sells separately at $197.
The organiser counts 2,000 or more attendees, 80 or more brands, 60 or more speakers and 10 movement classes. The city listing records an expo hall of more than 100 exhibitors, with cold plunges, metabolic testing and red light therapy on the floor.
The $239 room is gone
The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa at 513 S Florida Ave, connected to the convention center by sky bridge. The organiser prices the block at $239 a night with no code required and marks it sold out. Two nights at that rate come to $478.
A guest who booked the block receives a free 3 Day Core Access Pass for the 2027 edition. The offer runs by email after the event, carries no cash value and cannot be transferred.
The organiser lists nine hotels within a mile and states that none carries a Hack Your Health rate. The list runs Tampa Marriott Water Street at about 0.2 miles, JW Marriott Tampa Water Street at about 0.2, Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside at about 0.3 and Hilton Tampa Downtown at about 0.3, then Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Aloft and ROOST Tampa at about 0.4 each, with Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown at about 0.7.
Sunday is the day a room fits
The city listing ends the run at 3:30 p.m. Sunday and publishes no per-day opening hour. From 10 a.m. to that close is five and a half hours, and the downtown day cards land inside it.
A Dayuse read of the Tampa market on October 20, 2026 returned three downtown properties with a day window. Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown sells $139 against a $240 nightly rate, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Westin Tampa Waterside sells $129 against $330, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aloft Tampa Downtown sells $109 against $250, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Sunday arithmetic runs short. The pass and the Hotel Flor card come to $336. The pass and the Aloft card come to $306. The pass and the Westin card come to $326. Two nights at the published host rate come to $478.
Friday and Saturday start at 7 a.m.
No downtown card opens before 10 a.m. A 7 a.m. start leaves three hours with no day room behind it. The gap points to a Friday and Saturday night booking, or to the free TECO Line Streetcar, which stops at Dick Greco Plaza across from the front drive. The Pirate Water Taxi home dock sits outside the Channel entrance.
Parking and the door
The convention center garage is at 141 E Brorein St, with accessible spaces. Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Dr and Fort Brooke at 107 N Franklin St sit within walking distance. The organiser states that rates vary by event and that pre-paid parking is not available.
The city publishes a flat event rate of $5.00 to $50.00 at the Convention Center garage, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke, the Selmon Expressway West lot, William F. Poe and Twiggs Street. The non-event rate runs $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum at the Convention Center, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke and Poe.
The Core Pass lists parking as excluded. The VIP tier lists parking at the convention center as included, and it is the only tier that does.
Booking order
Buy the Sunday Core Pass at $197 and hold the day room from 10 a.m. The room covers the expo floor, the afternoon sessions and a shower before the drive home. A day room sells a fixed window of hours with Wi-Fi and a desk, and that fits a conference day that starts at 10 a.m. and ends with a shower.
Book the room before the event. The host block has already closed once for this show. Recheck the card on the day of booking, because the rates above come from a single read on October 20, 2026.
