CoreWeave runs Fully Connected 2026 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, from September 29 to October 1, 2026. The event page counts 2,000+ AI leaders and engineers, 3 curated tracks, 30+ breakout sessions and 4+ hands-on labs. Both main days carry the same afternoon block: breakouts and tracks 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and hands-on labs 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

That block is the hinge for anyone holding a room they no longer need. Check out on the morning of September 30 or October 1 and the published schedule leaves a 90-minute wait on Wednesday and a two-hour wait on Thursday before the evening programme opens.

The published day, hour by hour

Tuesday, September 29 carries registration 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, lunch 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and a welcome reception 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the AI Pavilion, Expo Hall, Level 2.

Wednesday, September 30 runs doors open 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Foyer Keynote, opening keynote 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lunch 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Demo Arena 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM in the Pioneer Pavilion, breakouts and labs 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, evening event 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Thursday, October 1 runs doors open 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Main Stage 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lunch 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Demo Arena 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM in the Pioneer Pavilion, breakouts and labs 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, headliner concert 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Where the gap falls

The connect page ties the evening hours to rooms inside the same building. BattleBots runs Wednesday, September 30, 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM in Hall A-F at Moscone South. The headliner concert runs Thursday, October 1, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the Mezzanine Level.

Count from the 5:00 PM end of the afternoon block. Wednesday leaves 90 minutes before the 6:30 PM start. Thursday leaves two hours before the 7:00 PM start.

SoMa addresses inside the window

The hotelSlots directory lists 562 hotels in San Francisco. Its SoMa-area members, with the addresses and star tiers the directory publishes, include The Mosser Hotel, 54 4th Street, 3 stars; Hotel Zelos San Francisco, 12 4th Street, 4 stars; Hotel Zetta San Francisco, 55 5th Street, 4 stars; Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa, 250 4th Street, 4 stars; Intercontinental San Francisco, 888 Howard Street, 4 stars; and The St. Regis San Francisco, 125 3rd Street, 5 stars.

The directory publishes no walk time and no distance against any of those entries. The one proximity figure in this trail sits on a day-rate listing: the Mosser card places that hotel within a 5-minute walk of Moscone Convention Center.

What the day-rate listings post

dayuse.com publishes day-room slots for San Francisco, read on October 6, 2026, alongside a city day-room average of $119.61. Three of its cards sit in the Yerba Buena district, the one that holds the Moscone campus:

The Mosser Hotel: US$91, listed at 70 percent off a US$299 nightly rate, with posted slots 10am to 4pm and 11am to 6pm.

Hotel Zelos San Francisco: US$144, 64 percent off US$399, with posted slots 8am to 3pm, 9am to 6pm, 11am to 8pm, 1pm to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm.

Hotel Zetta San Francisco: US$152, 62 percent off US$399, with posted slots 8am to 3pm, 9am to 6pm, 12pm to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm.

Two of those windows run straight through the gap. Either covers the entire afternoon block and carries into the evening programme. The Mosser's latest posted slot ends at 6pm, half an hour before BattleBots starts.

How the platform splits the day

hotelSlots sells four time slots: morning 6AM to 12PM, afternoon 12PM to 6PM, evening 6PM to 12AM and overnight 12AM to 6AM. It describes a day-use room as typically 6 to 8 hours. Its home page puts day-use rates at 30 to 75 percent less than nightly rates. Its day-use page puts them at 40 to 60 percent less than overnight, lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access as included, and tells guests to check out before the evening rush. The afternoon slot closes at 6PM, inside both gaps. The evening slot opens at 6PM, half an hour before Wednesday and an hour before Thursday.

What the organiser publishes, and what nobody does

The event FAQ routes overnight rooms through the event room block: as you register you select a hotel room from the block, a confirmation follows registration, and a hotel confirmation arrives in the coming weeks. No day rate is published there.

Neither the conference pages nor the Moscone site publishes a late-checkout policy, a shower facility for non-guests, or luggage storage. Searches for each term return zero hits on both sites. What the venue publishes is the address, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, and an accessibility block for the building.

Registration status on the event page reads early bird registration ended, standard $899, registration opened August 30, sold out on both the standard tier and the complimentary media and analyst tier.

Booking notes

Day-use inventory is limited by design. The platform's own guide states that a single room can host only so many daytime slots in one day and that the best slots at the best properties fill first, especially weekday afternoons. September 30, 2026 is a Wednesday and October 1 is a Thursday.

Two hotelSlots pages disagree on what a day room includes. The day-use page lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access as included. The short-stay guide says Wi-Fi, a desk, gym access, pool access and parking can all vary.

hotelSlots lists day-use restrictions in Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington under state travel laws, and California is not among the four. The rates above are live listing readings stamped October 6, 2026, not audited rates, and the reviewed dates have passed.
