The hall closes at 3 p.m. on Thursday
The Fertilizer Show runs two days in West Hall at the Tampa Convention Center. Registration is free. Wednesday 18 November carries an exhibit hall window of 9:00am to 5:30pm, a conference window of 9:25am to 4:30pm and a networking reception from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Thursday 19 November carries a hall window of 9:00am to 3:00pm and a conference window of 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Two conference tracks run alongside the floor: Innovations in Fertilizer Production and Efficiency, and Advances in Agronomy and Application Efficiency.
A team that flies out on Thursday evening works with the hours between 3:00pm and the airport. That close sets the size of the room booking.
The day rooms in and around downtown
dayuse.com listed 13 priced Tampa cards on 20 October 2026. Three of them sit in or near downtown, and each one carries a window that ends before the working evening.
Westin Tampa Waterside, 725 S Harbour Island Boulevard, 0.3 miles from the hall on the venue's hotel list: $129 for 10:00am to 4:00pm, $138 with booking fees, against a $330 nightly rate.
Aloft Tampa Downtown, 100 W Kennedy Boulevard, 0.6 miles: $109 for 10:00am to 4:00pm, $116 with booking fees, against $250.
Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown: $139 for 10:00am to 5:00pm, $148 with booking fees, against $240.
The 5:00pm end covers the last hour of the hall and one hour after it. The two 4:00pm windows cover the hall's last hour and nothing after it.
The windows that run past 6 p.m.
No downtown card in this read reaches 6:00pm. The late windows sit outside the downtown core. Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore runs 1:00pm to 9:00pm at $105, or $112 with booking fees. Quality Inn and Conference Center Tampa-Brandon runs 1:00pm to 7:00pm at $60, or $66 with fees.
The airport-corridor card covers a 3:00pm close and an evening departure. A team on a morning flight takes the shorter downtown window and leaves from the hall.
The slots the platform sells
hotelSlots sells four named slots: Morning 6:00am to 12:00pm, Afternoon 12:00pm to 6:00pm, Evening 6:00pm to 12:00am and Overnight 12:00am to 6:00am. It states that it charges no booking fee and that the guest pays the hotel directly. A request that covers 3:00pm to an evening departure takes the Afternoon slot and the Evening slot.
The second night, if the team stays
The show's headquarters block at Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown prices at $209 a night plus applicable taxes under code G-DFE1, booked by 2 November 2026. The organiser measures that walk at 12 minutes, and the venue lists the address at 0.5 miles.
Parking at the venue
The venue's parking table gives an event rate of $5.00 to $50.00 at the Convention Center garage, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke, William F. Poe and Twiggs Street, subject to the event. The non-event rate is $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum at the Convention Center, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke and Poe. Twiggs Street and the Selmon Expressway West lot charge $2 an hour with a $14 maximum. Front Drive holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour, 8:00am to midnight, with no overnight parking.
The organiser page prints a different ladder for the Convention Center garage: $2 for the first hour, $3 for each hour after, and a $15 daily maximum, subject to flat event rates. The event row is the one that meets a show day.
Florida and the booking route
hotelslots.org lists Florida among four states whose booking requests it cannot process, with Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. The seller-of-travel page carries a 20 October 2026 date. The platform states that the guest pays the hotel directly and that it charges no booking fee.
Ask before the room is held
Three questions settle the booking. Which window starts at or before 3:00pm and ends after the departure time. What the booking fee adds to the card price. Whether the property holds bags after checkout.
The first two are printed on each card. The third goes to the property.
