Two Nights Cover Three Days
DRCA D.R.I.V.E.N runs 10 to 12 February 2027 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 South Franklin Street. The organiser opens registration and setup at 10:00 on the Wednesday, opens the exhibit hall at 17:00, and closes with a 12:15 farewell on the Friday.

Wednesday and Thursday nights cover both meeting days. The Wednesday morning and the Friday afternoon sit outside them.
What the Organiser Publishes About Rooms
The travel page carries one accommodation tool. It lists recommended hotels for attendees to book directly and publishes no group code, no room block and no cut-off date. Hotel selection is credited to Venue Connect.
The widget header still reads DRCA DRIVEN 2026, above a line thanking attendees for registering for the 2026 event. The dates beneath it read 10 to 12 February 2027. Confirm the search window in writing before the link circulates to a team.

Aloft Tampa Downtown asks $109 plus a $7 booking fee, which totals $116, and runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Its nightly rate on the same card reads $250, and the venue list puts it 0.6 miles out.
The Westin Tampa Waterside asks $129 plus a $9 fee, totals $138, and runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Its nightly rate reads $330, and the venue list puts it 0.3 miles out.
Le Meridien Tampa, The Courthouse asks $129 plus a $9 fee, totals $138, and runs 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Its nightly rate reads $305, and the venue list puts it 0.7 miles out.
Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown asks $139 plus a $9 fee, totals $148, and runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Its nightly rate reads $240.
One booking fee sits on each card beside its day rate. The page prints no city average for the day rate.
The Wednesday Arrival and the Friday Departure
A delegate who lands Wednesday morning waits for the 10:00 desk. Three of the four cards open at 10 a.m., and Le Meridien opens at 2 p.m.
A delegate who flies out on Friday evening has the afternoon after the 12:15 farewell. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. windows cover two hours of it. The 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. window at Le Meridien covers six.
A day room at $116 to $148 stands against a third night at $240 to $330 on the same cards. Two delegates sharing one day room halve that figure.
What the Building Supplies Between Times
The facility page reads: "Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and meeting rooms of the Tampa Convention Center, and outside at The Sail Plaza."
WaterView Lounge sits on the second floor beside East Registration and West Registration, next to an outdoor escalator landing with tables and chairs. The page publishes no hours and no seat count.
No downtown card opens before 10 a.m. A 7 a.m. arrival waits in one of those spaces.
Florida Sits Outside the Platform

A Tampa day room therefore goes to the property. Ask for the rate and the window in writing, and hold the room against the 10:00 desk and the 12:15 close.
The Order to Book This In
Fix the flights first. A Wednesday morning arrival puts the room in the morning. A Friday evening departure puts it in the afternoon.
Then pick the window. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. cards cover both ends. Le Meridien covers the Friday afternoon and leaves the Wednesday morning uncovered.
Then confirm the clocks. The organiser states that agenda details are subject to change, and the city calendar carries the venue booking.
