Dealer Week runs December 6 to 9, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas closes the conference at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9. Its travel page asks attendees to book a late afternoon flight. A Wednesday badge covers 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, hour by hour

The Expo Hall opens at 7:45 a.m. for Coffee With Exhibitors. Educational Pathways Session 6 runs 8:30 to 10 a.m., and the Leadership Pathway track in that session is 3 Moves to Build Accountability Across Your Dealership with Dave Newell. The Final Expo Hall POWER HOUR runs 10 to 11 a.m. The closing keynote runs 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Ballroom B-C on the first floor, and Kyle Scheele delivers it.

The organiser lists no lunch service and no afternoon session on Wednesday. The schedule ends at the keynote.

What the other three days carry

Sunday December 6 opens registration at noon in the Rotunda. Two pre-conference workshops run that afternoon: From Reactive to Ready in Room 118-119 from 12:45 to 3:45 p.m. and Sales Bootcamp in Room 120-121 from 1 to 4 p.m. First-Time Attendee Orientation runs 4 to 5 p.m. in Ballroom A, and the welcome reception runs 5 to 7 p.m.

Monday December 7 holds the longest hall day. Coffee By the Ballroom runs 8 to 10:30 a.m., the opening keynote runs 8:30 to 10 a.m., and the Expo Hall closes at 6 p.m. after a networking reception.

Tuesday December 8 closes the hall at 12:15 p.m. for the awards luncheon and reopens it 2 to 3 p.m. The Industry Celebration runs 7 to 10 p.m.

What the badge costs

The registration ladder carries no one-day rate and no expo-only product, so a Wednesday visit needs a full registration. Member in-person registration runs $749 early bird, $799 standard and $849 on site. The all-access package runs $949, $999 and $1,099. The pre-conference workshop alone runs $250, $250 and $300. Non-member in-person registration runs $1,199, $1,349 and $1,399.

Standard pricing runs October 1 to December 5. The on-site band opens December 6, the Sunday of the conference.

Parking for a single day

The city runs 36 metered spaces on Front Drive at 333 S Franklin St. Those spaces cost $4 an hour from 8 a.m. to midnight, and the lot allows no overnight parking.

The convention center garage at 141 E Brorein St holds 454 spaces, 11 ADA spaces and 2 EV chargers, with a maximum height of 6 feet 6 inches. It charges an event rate of $5 to $50 and a non-event rate of $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum. The center lists no long-term parking and points long stays to the Pam Iorio garage at 301 Channelside Dr and the Fort Brooke garage at 107 N Franklin St.

Three day rooms downtown

A Dayuse read of the Tampa city page on October 20 priced three downtown day rooms. Aloft Tampa Downtown reads $116 for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Westin Tampa Waterside reads $138 for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown reads $148 for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each card carries a booking fee of up to $9 inside the price it prints.

None of the three opens before 10 a.m. A Wednesday attendee who lands early holds bags at the center until the hall opens at 7:45 a.m. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. window covers the 12:30 p.m. close and three and a half hours after it.

Booking notes

hotelSlots sells four slots: morning 6 a.m. to noon, afternoon noon to 6 p.m., evening 6 p.m. to midnight and overnight midnight to 6 a.m. Its home page states prices run 30 to 75 percent below nightly rates, and it lists $0 in fees with payment made at the hotel.

The platform's seller-of-travel notice, last updated October 20, 2026, lists Florida among four states it cannot serve, and states that the restriction covers requests from residents of those states and requests for travel to them. The notice applies to grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com. The Florida directory page returns a 404. A Tampa reader books a day room with the property directly.

Dealer Week closes at 12:30 p.m. on December 9. The 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. card covers that afternoon.
