A five-day meeting with a three-day exhibit floor
The Orthopaedic Research Society holds its 2027 annual meeting at Moscone West in San Francisco from February 19 to 23, 2027. The society calls the meeting the world's largest scientific conference dedicated solely to musculoskeletal and orthopaedic research. Exhibitors are on the floor from February 20 to 22.
The three exhibit days carry the hours that decide whether a day-use room pays for itself. The published schedule gives the openings and no closing times.
The published exhibit windows
Exhibitor move-in runs Friday, February 19, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The hall opens at 9:30 AM on Saturday, February 20 and at 10:00 AM on Sunday, February 21 and Monday, February 22. The organiser prints no closing time for any of the three days and marks the exhibit schedule tentative. Move-out runs Monday, February 22, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Two evening poster and exhibit receptions sit in the programme, and the exhibit page puts attendance at approximately 2,300 orthopaedic researchers.
Where the gaps fall
Three gaps are worth pricing. The Friday afternoon move-in band gives an exhibitor four hours to stage materials before the floor opens. The stretch before the Saturday and Sunday openings gives a place to work while the hall stays shut. The hours between the floor and the two evening receptions give a place to change or rest.

Getting to Moscone West
The venue's directions page lists Moscone West at 800 Howard Street, at the corner of Fourth and Howard, and names Powell station as the BART and MUNI stop for the building. The same page states that the complex has no on-site parking.

Confirm the hall clocks with the organiser. The exhibit schedule is published as tentative and no daily closing time is posted. Day rates move with demand, and the platform states that the best slots at the best properties fill first. February 20 and 21, 2027 fall on a Saturday and a Sunday, so Monday, February 22 is the only weekday of the exhibit run.
