The Junior League of Tampa brings more than 200 specialty merchants into Expo Hall and Entertainment Hall at the Florida State Fairgrounds for three public shopping days in November. Friday and Sunday run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday sets the shape of the day.
Three public days, two halls, one gate
The venue lists the market at Expo Hall and Entertainment Hall, 4800 U.S. Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610. Its date block reads 13 November 2026, 9:00am to 4:00pm; 14 November, 9:00am to 6:00pm; 15 November, 9:00am to 4:00pm. The calendar feed behind the same page carries the same three windows.
The Where to Enter field reads US HWY 301. The venue map names the same entrance for both buildings: Expo Hall at the US Hwy 301 Entrance, Gate 1, and Entertainment Hall at the US Hwy 301 Entrance, Gate 1. One gate serves the market.
Expo Hall carries 87,000+ square feet of exhibit space, 45-foot ceilings, eight flexible meeting rooms, two upgraded show offices, drive-through doors and complimentary Wifi. Entertainment Hall adds 51,000 square feet, 36-foot ceilings and two downstairs dressing rooms. The venue puts the pair at 138,000 square feet combined.
The work base inside the hall
Both venue pages list complimentary Wifi throughout the building. A shopper who answers email between merchant rows can sit down with a laptop in either hall.
The fairgrounds screens all bags and packages with hand-held metal detectors at entry. The barred list includes luggage, coolers and bags with wheels. The venue publishes no bag storage, so a laptop bag stays on the shoulder.
The venue’s event page publishes no attendee workspace and no bookable meeting room. The eight meeting rooms on the Expo Hall page belong to the venue’s rental inventory. A shopper who needs a desk and a quiet line for a client call has no published option inside the building.
The room that covers the six o’clock close
Dayuse’s Tampa page carried 14 priced cards on 21 October 2026, with an average day rate of $126.64 across them. Two of those cards list themselves near the fairgrounds.
Quality Inn & Suites Tampa near Fairgrounds and Casino lists $71 for the day against $88 for the night, a 27 per cent discount and a $6 booking fee, with windows at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Clarion Pointe Tampa-Brandon Near Fairgrounds and Casino lists $71 against $96, a 33 per cent discount and a $6 fee, with windows at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Across those five windows, one runs past a 6 p.m. close. The 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. slot on the Quality Inn card is the only afternoon booking in the set that still holds a room at six o’clock.
The property closest to the gate publishes no day rate. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino is the venue’s own hotel partner at 0.2 miles, described on the venue page as directly across the street, and it carries no card in the Dayuse set.
Parking, prepaid, one entry
The event page prices parking at $10 online and $12 onsite. The fairgrounds ticket store lists the product separately: Junior League Holiday Gift Market - Parking Only, dated 12 to 15 November 2026, General Parking $10.00, with the line Good for One Time Entry.
One purchase, one entry. A midday drive back to a room means a second charge. Timing the room is the whole decision: book the window that starts after the shopping you came for.
Tickets and the Thursday preview
Admission is $10 in advance and $12 during the event, with children five and under free. The organiser states that ticket buying is cashless and that general admission covers one day between Friday and Sunday.
Thursday 12 November is a separate evening. The organiser’s shopper page, read through its 2026-03-18 archive, lists a VIP party from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and general admission from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The parking product’s date range starts 12 November, one day before the first public session. Confirm the preview price and hours with hgmtickets@JLTampa.org before booking.
Where the platform stops in Florida
hotelSlots publishes its own limit on this market. Its seller of travel notice, dated 21 October 2026, names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states it cannot serve. Its directory carries no Florida state page, and /directory/florida answers with a 404 and a 2-byte body. For a Tampa room the priced set above is the working inventory, and every rate in it comes from one read on 21 October 2026.
The arithmetic for a Saturday
A day room at $71 plus the $6 booking fee comes to $77 against the card’s own $88 nightly figure. Add $10 prepaid parking and a $10 advance ticket, and Saturday costs $97 before food.
That room covers the hours after the close, which is the reason to book it. A shopper who drives home at 6 p.m. needs none of it.
Book in that order: parking at the $10 prepaid price, the ticket at the $10 advance price, then the 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. window. Recheck the day rate and the window before you pay. This card set has moved between reads on this desk.
