The run
The 2027 Portland Spring Home and Garden Show runs February 25 to 28, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center. The 79th annual edition runs Thursday through Sunday.
Three organiser pages carry the dates: the Show Info page, the tickets page and the 2026 recap. The recap closes on “February 25-28, 2027” and reports over 280 exhibitors at the 2026 edition.
The 10 a.m. hall call
Clause 3 of the 2027 exhibitor contract sets two terms. The exhibit must be complete and in place by 10:00 a.m. on opening day, and an exhibitor who misses that mark forfeits the space and the prepaid space costs. Management also determines and publicises the exhibit hours the show opens to the public each day.
The hours page carries four dated rows from the 2026 run. Thursday February 26 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday February 27 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday February 28 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday March 1 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Expo Center's page for the show carries the same grid in Halls D and E. The 2027 hours arrive with the show's next publication.
What a window covers
Thursday to Saturday run nine public hours. A 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. room window covers seven of them, and the floor runs on from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday runs seven public hours. A 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. window covers that day end to end.
The 6 p.m. merchandise rule
Clause 6 keeps exhibits and merchandise inside the building until 6:00 p.m. on the closing day without a Removal Contract signed by management. The 2026 pattern closes Sunday at 5 p.m., so a truck starts loading an hour after the public leaves. A Sunday room that runs to 5 p.m. covers the floor and leaves the evening clear for the load-out.

Booking the slot
hotelslots.org lists 278 hotels in Portland and charges $0 in booking fees. The platform books four slots: morning, afternoon, evening and overnight. It quotes 30 to 75 percent below nightly rates across 103,857 hotels in 46 states.
Dayuse charges its own booking fee on the card, $5 to $10 across the 19 Portland cards on October 20, 2026. Rates move through the day, so re-read the card on the morning of the booking.
Parking costs $15 per space, per entry. The show's directions page states that Metro and the Expo Center charge it, and the venue page calls $15 the typical rate. The MAX Yellow Line stops at the Expo Center station a short walk from the entrance. The venue footer prints 2025 North Expo Road, and the show page prints 2060 North Marine Drive, Portland, OR 97217.
Exhibitor balance falls due January 15, 2027, so the booth is paid before the room is booked. Book the room against the 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. pattern, hold the Sunday window for the load-out, and re-read the hours page once the 2027 grid is posted.
