Small Business Expo Dallas runs one day at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. The date is November 4, 2026. The halls are Exhibit Hall C and the C Ballroom. The organiser prints the banner as 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The printed window
The organiser's Dallas page carries the hours in three places. The banner reads November 4, 2026, 9:30AM-5PM. The FAQ reads that events occur from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central and that check-in opens at 9:30 AM. The agenda opens the day at 9:30 AM and starts the first workshop at 10:30 AM.
The venue page prints Event Starts 9:30 AM and a date line of 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Its calendar feed carries 15:30 to 23:00 UTC against the same date.
The venue page also prints the room list: Ballroom C1-C4, the C100 meeting rooms and Exhibit Hall C. The venue lists the show as a Special Event.
A speaker plans the arrival on 9:30 AM. The first workshop slot is 10:30 AM, and the programme closes at 5:00 PM.
Parking that bars re-entry
The garage sits at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street with 1,200 spots over two levels and charges $20. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street holds 170 cars and charges $17. The venue prices both per day and per entry with no in and out. Both run first-come, first-served.
A drive to a hotel at lunch costs a second entry on the way back. The $20 second entry is the benchmark for a day room. The Baymont card at $61 all-in equals three garage entries and change.
Where the room sits
The Hyatt Regency Dallas at 300 Reunion Boulevard sits 0.41 miles straight-line from 650 S Griffin Street. Its day rate starts at $160 all-in, with $10 of that as the booking fee, and its single published window runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That window spans check-in and the whole programme.
The Hotel Crescent Court at 400 Crescent Court prices from $230 all-in with a $10 fee and sells 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 1.34 miles. The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection at 2927 Maple Avenue prices from $168 all-in with a $10 fee and sells 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1.60 miles, one hour short of the close. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White, 3301 Gaston Avenue, prices from $102 all-in with a $7 fee and sells 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 1.56 miles.
Three cards sell a window that runs past the 5:00 PM close. The Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center at 1521 Inwood Road prices from $71 all-in with a $6 fee and sells 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 3.74 miles. The Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District at 1165 Empire Central Place prices from $80 all-in with a $6 fee and sells 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 5.46 miles. The Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field at 2370 West Northwest Highway prices from $61 all-in with a $6 fee and sells 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 7.60 miles.
The four cards inside two miles open at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM. Three of those windows contain the 9:30 AM door.
Two published fee positions
The platform states that hotelSlots is free to use, that it charges no booking fee, and that the guest pays the hotel directly for the time slot.
The Dallas cards read on 22 October 2026 carry a maximum booking fee of $5 to $10, collected by the hotel. The card's minimum price already contains that fee. A buyer who reads the platform page and the card sees two figures for one booking.
The platform publishes day rates at 30-75 percent below the nightly rate. Its day-use page publishes a separate band of 40-60 percent below overnight. Both figures come from the platform.
What the hall provides between sessions
The venue publishes free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms on the network named Free Internet, run with Visit Dallas and Smart City Networks. The building is cashless, and select event exhibitors may accept cash. ATMs sit at Level 2, A Lobby and Level 2, C Lobby.
Two food counters operate in the Level 2 C Lobby. Kay's Place serves Starbucks drip coffee, hot teas, espressos, ready-to-drink beverages, snacks and pastries. Go Natural serves deli sandwiches, wraps and salads, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The venue states that concession hours vary by event.
The facility publishes no on-site business center and names the UPS Business Center at the adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel. A speaker with a call between workshops can use the meeting-room Wi-Fi and the lobby counters. A speaker who needs a closed door books a room and takes the call there.
Checking the numbers
The programme runs seven hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Check-in adds 30 minutes at the front of the day.
The Dallas day-use shelf carried 29 cards with a price on the 22 October 2026 read. They ran from $61 to $259 all-in, with a mean of $99.74. The hotelSlots Dallas directory lists 790 hotels.
Texas sits outside the four states the platform excludes from booking, so the booking path applies to this show. Every rate above is a minimum card price with its booking fee stated, and every distance is straight-line from 650 S Griffin Street.
