The Sunday Session Runs 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Dallas Coffee Festival runs 13 and 14 March 2027 at Gilley's Dallas, 1135 Botham Jean Blvd, Dallas, TX 75215. This is the third annual edition. Sunday carries the same clock as Saturday.

Session 1 Early Admission opens at 9 a.m. Session 1 general admission runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A 30-minute service break follows. Session 2 runs 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Service stops 15 minutes before each session closes. The last Sunday pour lands at 4:15 p.m. An arrival at 4:20 p.m. finds closed tables.

What the Ticket Covers

Coffee tastings from the vendors come inside the ticket. Food comes from Gilley's kitchen at a price. The organiser lists non-coffee drinks for anyone who skips the coffee, and every entry needs a ticket.

Reusable cups are allowed. The event runs indoors. Children under 13 enter without a ticket and stay with an adult. Dogs must be service animals, and the venue has no dog area.

The roaster lineup stays unpublished. The organiser's Roasters page read "Announcing More Soon!" on 23 October 2026.

One Pass Covers One Date and One Session

A pass binds to the date purchased and the session purchased. Redemption happens inside that session window on that day. A missed window forfeits the pass.

Refunds close 30 days before the event, on Thursday 11 February 2027. The organiser calls sales after that date final and nonrefundable. Session moves sit at the organiser's discretion and close 48 hours before the start, at 9 a.m. on Thursday 11 March 2027.

Tickets sell through Eventbrite. Ticket support runs through tickets@crafthospitality.com.

Four Afternoon Rooms Inside 2.1 Miles

Day-use inventory listed for Dallas on 23 October 2026 carried twenty properties on dayuse.com. The cards averaged $95.30 for the day, with a $61 floor and a $230 ceiling. The quoted rate includes the booking fee. Four properties sat inside 2.1 straight-line miles of the Gilley's address:

  • Hyatt Regency Dallas, 0.8 miles. $160 for the day against a $290 nightly comparison, 49 per cent lower. Window 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White, 1.7 miles. $102 against $300, 69 per cent lower. Windows 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Hotel Crescent Court, 1.8 miles. $230 against $600, 64 per cent lower. Window 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection, 2.0 miles. $168 against $350, 55 per cent lower. Window 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The room alone runs $150 at the Hyatt Regency, $95 at the Home2 Suites, $220 at the Crescent Court and $158 at the Stoneleigh. The rest of each quoted rate is the booking fee.

Match the Window to a 4:30 p.m. Finish

A 5 p.m. close covers the second session, the walk back and a shower. A 4 p.m. close leaves the last half hour of the session outside the room.

A 9 a.m. check-in hands a writer a desk, internet and a shower before the 1:30 p.m. start. The same room covers an evening flight out of Dallas Love Field without an overnight rate.

The Booking Order for 14 March

Buy the Session 2 ticket first. Pick a property whose window opens by noon and closes at 5 p.m. or later. Compare the room-only rate across the four. Mark 11 February 2027 as the last refund day and 11 March 2027 as the last day the organiser will move a session.

Gilley's holds over 1,100 parking spots. The front lot sits off Botham Jean Blvd with the venue marquee, and a second lot sits off Austin Street. Parking pricing varies by lot and event. Pre-purchased spaces and lot buyouts can be arranged.
