Collect-A-Con Dallas runs two days on two clocks. Saturday, October 24 opens at 10am and closes at 6pm. Sunday, October 25 opens at 10am and closes at 5pm. The show takes Exhibit Hall B at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin Street, and the venue page counts 900+ vendor tables across trading cards, anime merchandise, comic books, vintage toys and video games.
The Sunday close sets the arithmetic. A guest holding an evening flight out of Love Field has five hours of hall, then a gap.
Sunday's shape on paper
Collect-A-Con publishes its panel schedule as a single image, and the image states that panels are Sunday only. Three panels sit in the table. Dragon Ball Z opens at 2:00 PM with Sean Schemmel, hosted by Dr. Applesauce. Attack on Titan follows at 2:30 PM with Bryce Papenbrook and Trina Nishimura, hosted by Timothy Flick. Jujutsu Kaisen closes the table at 3:00 PM with Kaiji Tang and Adam McArthur, hosted by Powdr Tcg. The sheet prints start times, carries no end time, and states that all times are subject to change.
The Dallas page marks Sean Schemmel cancelled in the same guest list that names him, so the 2:00 PM slot needs a check with the organiser before a guest builds a day around it.
The site's FAQ page footer prints a second count, 500+ vendors. The Dallas page and the venue page both print 900+ vendor tables.
Two other clocks sit above that table. The Soulja Boy meet and greet runs Saturday at 2:00 PM on the Main Stage for holders of Soulja Boy VIP tickets, with a performance at 2:30 PM. WWE Superstar Ricky Saints meets guests free on Sunday at 1:00 PM on the Main Stage.
The two hours between the last panel and the close
Jujutsu Kaisen starts at 3:00 PM. The hall closes at 5:00 PM. Two hours sit on the floor after the last listed panel with no published programme in the way.
VIP holders enter at 9am on both days, an hour before the public, and the organiser's FAQ states that rule for Saturday and Sunday alike. Backpacks and personal bags are allowed but may be searched, and the organiser offers no bag check, so a guest keeps possession of every purchase. Outside food and drink are not permitted. The lost and found sits at the Collect-A-Con merchandise tent near the front entrance.
Wi-Fi and the working surfaces
The venue offers free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms under the network named Free Internet, in partnership with Visit Dallas and Smart City Networks. The building is cashless, with ATMs at Level 2 A Lobby and Level 2 C Lobby. Concessions run through Sodexo Live, and their options and hours vary by event. The facility carries no on-site business center, and the amenities page routes guests to a UPS Business Center at the adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel.
The shortest Dallas window runs five hours
hotelSlots sells four slots: morning 6am to noon, afternoon noon to 6pm, evening 6pm to midnight, overnight midnight to 6am. Dayuse's Dallas city page listed 29 properties on 22 October 2026. Their day rates ran $55 to $249 before booking fees, and $61 to $259 with the fees included.
Three cards hold a five-hour window: Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District at 6pm to 11pm for $74 plus a $6 fee, Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field at 5pm to 10pm for $55 plus a $6 fee, and GLō Best Western Dallas South DeSoto at 10am to 3pm for $74 plus a $6 fee. Every other card runs six hours or longer.
The garage sets the comparison. The venue's on-site garage costs $20 per day per entry with no in and out, holds 1,200 spots across two levels at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street, and runs first-come, first-served. Lot C costs $17 across 170 spots at 502 South Lamar Street. The Sleep Inn five-hour room at $80 including the fee is four times the $20 garage rate. The Baymont five-hour room at $61 is three times it.
The nearest cards price higher. Hyatt Regency Dallas at 300 Reunion Boulevard East, 0.45 straight-line miles from the hall, sells 9am to 5pm at $150 plus a $10 fee. Hotel Crescent Court at 400 Crescent Court, 1.35 miles out, sells the same window at $220 plus a $10 fee. Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White, 3301 Gaston Avenue, 1.56 miles out, sells 8am to 3pm, 10am to 5pm and 5pm to 11pm at $95 plus a $7 fee. Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center at 1521 Inwood Road, 3.74 miles out, sells noon to 8pm at $65 plus a $6 fee.
Leaving the building
The venue names Lower C Driveway, between Lamar and Griffin Streets, as the best and most accessible rideshare drop-off and pick-up location on the campus, and notes that locations may vary by event. Love Field sits seven miles from the convention centre. DFW is about 30 minutes and Dallas Executive 10 minutes.
A guest who leaves the hall at 5pm takes the seven miles to Love Field before the evening flight. A guest who stays to the close meets the Lower C queue at the same hour.
