Eight public days over two weekends

The Ford Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show runs February 19 to 21 and February 24 to 28, 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46205. Monday February 22 and Tuesday February 23 are closed. Eight public days sit inside the ten-day span.

The hours shift with the day. Friday February 19 runs 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday February 20 runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday February 21 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday February 24 and 25 run noon to 7 p.m. Friday February 26 runs noon to 8 p.m. Saturday February 27 runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday February 28 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Two Saturdays at ten hours each

The two Saturdays carry the longest days on the grid at ten hours. The organiser phrases the floor as over 750,000 square feet of the Great Outdoors, Indoors, and bills the show as the largest indoor event in Indiana. The floor divides into boats, docks, lifts and water ski accessories; the Sportsman's Arena; travel and tourism; Tackle Town and boat accessories; the Indiana Motorcycle & Powersports Expo; and recreational vehicles.

The shuttle runs on Saturday and Sunday only. A visitor who drives in on a Saturday and leaves the same night gets the longest hall day and the shuttle window together.

The case for a day room on a one-Saturday visit

A same-day visit leaves a gap between the 8 p.m. hall close and the drive home. hotelSlots sells day-use rooms in four windows: Morning 6 a.m. to noon, Afternoon noon to 6 p.m., Evening 6 p.m. to midnight and Overnight midnight to 6 a.m. The Evening window opens two hours before the doors close and runs four hours past them. Two or more windows combine into full-day coverage.

The hotelSlots day-use page lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access as included, with morning, afternoon and full-day slots. You check out when the slot ends and pay for the hours you used.

The five official host hotels

The show names five host hotels and states that they are the only official host hotels associated with the event. Each publishes its own distance to the fairgrounds and its own show rate.

Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing, 9104 Keystone Crossing, sits 7 miles out, with a king suite at $99.00 plus tax and a 2-queen suite at $104.00 plus tax. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers, 9698 Hague Rd., sits 9 miles out, with a king suite at $99.00 and a 2-queen suite at $104.00. Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers, 9785 North by Northeast Blvd., sits 9.5 miles out, with a king at $126.00 and a 2-queen at $136.00. Best Western Fishers Indianapolis, 9790 N. by NE Blvd., sits a 20-minute drive out, with a king at $89.00 and a 2-queen at $99.00. Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW, 4140 W. 94th St., sits a 28-minute drive out, with king suites at $119.00 and 2-queen suites at $124.00.

Those rate blocks carry guarantee dates of January 30, February 1 and February 3, 2026, all of them before the show runs.

A day room against a show rate

Dayuse publishes $87.43 as the average price of a day room in Indianapolis. Engine publishes $128 as the city's average nightly rate across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026, and its month table puts February at $107, the cheapest month of the year. February is the month this show runs. hotelSlots publishes its day rates as typically 30 to 75 percent below the nightly rate at the same hotel, and its day-use page puts the gap at 40 to 60 percent less than overnight.

One property appears on both lists. Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing at 9104 Keystone Crossing is an official show host hotel and a listing in the hotelSlots Indianapolis directory, whose own count reads 273 properties.

Camping on the Fairgrounds

The show's lodging page carries the State Fairgrounds Campground at 1202 E 38th Street with 24-hour security and 50 sites. The published rate is $45.00 per night plus 7 percent sales tax, with a $2.50 booking fee per site and a $5 dump station. February carries electrical hook-up only, because the water and sewer lines are shut off for the winter. Reservations are required, and the campground publishes no pull-through spots.

Prices, and the stale lines on the page

The box office block reads $16 general admission, $10 for children 6 to 12, free for children 5 and under, and $26 for a 2-day ticket. That block still carries a 2026 pricing label on the live page. Group sales read $13 for adults and $10 for children, with a 15-ticket minimum and an order deadline of February 1, 2026. The daily schedule page lists date ranges of February 20 to 22 and February 25 to March 1, and neither range matches the announced 2027 run. The show program page reads Stay Tuned for Our 2026 Program. Pets are not allowed in the event.
