One Day at the ASHA Convention

The ASHA Convention runs 19-21 November 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The venue publishes a forecast attendance of 13,500.

ASHA describes the meeting as bringing together approximately 13,000 attendees, with more than 2,500 sessions and an exhibit hall carrying nearly 400 exhibitors.

Which Single Day You Buy

ASHA sells a one-day registration beside the full convention rate. You pick Thursday, Friday or Saturday when you register. The one-day badge covers the in-person sessions on your day, the exhibit hall, the exhibitor showcases, the community service projects, the coffee breaks, and either the Opening General Session or the Awards Ceremony when one of the two falls on that day.

Continuing education credit follows the selected day. One-day registrants claim credit for in-person sessions held on that day, and the option carries no access to the on-demand or virtual programme.

One-day rates run from $169 to $509. The ASHA-certified assistant rate is $169, the graduate student rate is $185, and the new professional, clinical fellow and non-ASHA certified assistant rate is $219. The member and international affiliate rate is $319, and the related professional and non-member rate is $509.

The full convention ladder moves by window. A member pays $419 in early bird from 3 to 31 August, $469 in advance from 1 to 30 September, $519 in regular from 1 to 31 October and $569 onsite from 1 to 21 November. Registration opened on 3 August. A guest registration costs $85.

The $100 Exhibit Hall Pass

ASHA sells an exhibit hall-only pass for members and related professionals. The pass covers one day and costs $100. It goes on sale online from 1 November, and it is available onsite.

Badges Print at the Center

Badges for the 2026 convention print onsite at self-service stations. The attendance record is verified automatically, and ASHA states that the event requires no further badge scanning.

The Hours Each Day Covers

Thursday registration runs 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the Opening General Session runs 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. The exhibit hall opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. Education sessions run 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and receptions run 7:30 to 10:00 p.m.

Friday registration runs 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and education sessions run 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The exhibit hall is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Awards Ceremony runs 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., and receptions follow from 8:30 to 11:00 p.m.

Saturday is the short day. Registration runs 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and education sessions run 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The exhibit hall opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 1:30 p.m.

Matching a Day Room to Your Badge Day

hotelSlots books day-use rooms in four slots: Morning 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Afternoon 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Evening 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Overnight 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. A guest pays for the hours inside the chosen slot and can combine slots for longer cover.

A Thursday badge carries a 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. education block and a 7:30 p.m. reception. The Afternoon slot covers the afternoon of that block and hands the room back before the reception starts.

A Friday badge carries 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. of sessions. A clinician who stays for the Awards Ceremony uses the Evening slot through 8:00 p.m.

A Saturday badge finishes early, with the exhibit hall closing at 1:30 p.m. and sessions at 4:00 p.m. The Morning slot covers the room through the exhibit hall close.

The platform's day-use page lists pool, gym, Wi-Fi and shower access with the room. Confirm gym hours, pool hours and check-in times with the property before booking.

Rate Context and Parking

Engine publishes an average nightly rate of $128 for Indianapolis across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. The month table puts November at $122, which is 5 percent below that average.

hotelSlots publishes two discount bands. The home page states up to 75 percent off nightly rates, and the step copy states 30 to 75 percent less than nightly rates. The day-use hotel rooms page states 40 to 60 percent less than overnight. Both figures are the platform's own.

The Indianapolis directory lists 273 hotels in the city. The platform states that it carries 103,857+ hotels across 46 states and that it charges no booking fee.

The convention center sits at 100 South Capitol Avenue. Its parking page reports more than 70,000 parking spaces downtown and names Denison Parking as the operator of every Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium lot. The venue footer reports 7,100 hotel rooms downtown, 4,700 rooms connected by skywalk, 200 restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport.

Day-use bookings carry state restrictions in Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. Indiana sits outside that list.
