ViVE 2027 runs four days in Nashville

ViVE 2027 takes place March 14 through 17 at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee. HLTH and CHIME co-created the event for health system, payer and health technology executives. The organiser counts 7,000+ executives across the ecosystem.

The FAQ publishes the show floor schedule. Monday, March 15 runs 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Tuesday, March 16 runs the same hours. Wednesday, March 17 opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 12:00 PM. Every line carries the organiser's warning that hours are subject to change.

Wednesday afternoon stays open

The same FAQ answers the arrival question with a departure recommendation. Arrive Sunday afternoon, March 14, for the welcome reception that evening. Depart Thursday morning, March 18. Wednesday carries a full day of programming and networking.

Two published lines describe that last Wednesday. The exhibit hall shuts at noon. The programme runs the full day. Onsite registration closes at 12:00 PM, with the desk open 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

An attendee who carries a laptop and no booth has an afternoon with the hall shut and the registration desk shut. A day room covers that block.

Business Center services sit on level two

Music City Center runs a full-service Business Center for shipping, mailing, faxing and photocopying. It sits on Level 2 near the 6th Avenue entrance. The UPS Store staffs it and specialises in digital distribution and printing of conference materials. Normal hours run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The direct number is (615) 401-1495.

March 17 is a Wednesday, so the Business Center opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. A speaker with a handout to collect has the whole working day in the same building as the show floor.

Day rooms within a walk of the hall

Dayuse listed 20 priced day rooms in Nashville on 25 October 2026, from $66 to $170. Three sit within 1.2 straight-line miles of the Music City Center pin at 36.1568430, -86.7784512.

Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown - Broadway stands 0.35 miles from the hall. It sells one window, 10:00 to 17:00, at $115 including a $5 booking fee, or $110 without the fee. The hotel quotes $270 for the night and the discount reads 60 percent.

Best Western Plus Music Row stands 0.71 miles out. Its window runs 10:00 to 18:00 at $112 including a $7 fee, $105 without. The nightly comparison reads $200 at 48 percent off.

Hampton Inn Nashville / Vanderbilt stands 1.19 miles out in Midtown. It sells three windows on that read: 08:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 16:00 and 17:00 to 23:00, at $85 including a $6 fee and $79 without, against $161 nightly.

The 10:00 to 17:00 window at the Holiday Inn covers the noon floor close and five hours after it. The Best Western window adds one more. Rates move, so re-read the card on the booking date.

The badge comes before the room

The FAQ states that ViVE sells no partial access and no exhibit hall only pass. Every attendee needs a full access ticket, including booth staff, public relations staff and each person met onsite.

Registration covers sessions across every focus area, the Provider & Payer Connect and Investor Connect programmes, daily breakfast and lunch, evening events, show floor access and on-demand recordings. Complimentary WiFi covers the venue.

Provider & Payer Connect runs curated 1:1 meetings. A qualifying buyer commits to eight completed meetings. Twelve or more earns Platinum status and a $750 travel credit after the event.

Industry Night closes the week on Tuesday, March 16, with Third Eye Blind at the headliner slot.

Booking the Wednesday block

A single-day attendee takes the badge at the Music City Center desk between 7:30 AM and noon, then walks to a room booked 10:00 to 17:00. A printed handout comes from level two before 5 p.m.

hotelslots.org lists 222 hotels in Nashville and asks each property for a rate. The directory publishes no day rate of its own, so the prices above come from the Dayuse read dated 25 October 2026.

Confirm the Wednesday close and the departure window with the ViVE team at info@viveevent.com before the room is booked. The organiser repeats the same warning on every clock it prints: hours are subject to change.
