ThriftCon Dallas runs one day, Saturday 7 November 2026, in Exhibit Hall B at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin Street. The organiser prints a 10 AM General Admission entry. The venue prints the date, the hall and a start of TBA.

The venue page carries the date, the hall and the show category. Its Event Starts field reads TBA. Its Event Details line confirms 7 November and adds no hour.
ThriftCon's FAQ carries the entry hour. Door tickets are General Admission only, with 10 AM entry, and they hold for single-day admission. Tickets sell online and at the door.
Both online tiers read SOLD OUT on tickets.thriftcon.co on 22 October 2026, and the organiser's page directs buyers to the door.
Children under 13 enter free with no ticket. Every guest over 13 needs a ticket.
No page prints a closing hour. A day plan sets the room window against the exit you intend to make, and the arithmetic starts at 10 AM.
One bag, one Pit Pass
The Pit is the floor space ThriftCon reserves at every event for non-vendors to lay out items and sell. The FAQ states the rule: one bag of items per guest to sell and trade, and only with a valid Pit Pass. Carts, tables, chairs and racks are barred for guests.
ThriftCon's explainer of the Pit, published 10 February 2024, reserves an 8 ft by 10 ft area per seller for a four-hour slot and asks sellers to carry everything in one or two bags. It allows no load-in and no setup, and it bars food and drink from sale.
That explainer also closes with a line that governs the packing. There are no Pit Passes available for any city at the time of that writing. Treat the pass as conditional and confirm it with the organiser before the trip.
The bag limit holds either way. Pack to it, because the venue amenities page lists no locker and no bag check.
A room for the hours you are there
Dayuse's Dallas page priced 29 cards on 22 October 2026. Each card price is the all-in figure, with the booking fee already inside it. Distances below are straight-line from the 650 S Griffin Street pin.
The Hyatt Regency Dallas prices $160 for a 9:00 to 17:00 window, 0.5 miles out. Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White prices $102 and sells three windows, 8:00 to 15:00, 10:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 23:00, 1.6 miles out. Hotel Crescent Court prices $230 for 9:00 to 17:00 at 1.4 miles. The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection prices $168 for 9:00 to 16:00 at 1.7 miles.
Two cards further out price lower. Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center prices $71 and sells 8:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00 and 12:00 to 20:00, 3.8 miles from the pin. Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District prices $80 and sells 6:00 to 14:00, 8:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00 and 18:00 to 23:00, 5.5 miles from the pin.
The 10:00 to 17:00 window at Home2 Suites opens on the same hour as the door and runs seven hours. The 9:00 to 17:00 windows at the Hyatt Regency and Crescent Court open an hour before the door.
None of the six cards prints a checkout hour, so read the end of the window as the hour the key goes back. Two of the six match a name on the hotelslots.org Dallas directory exactly: Hotel Crescent Court and The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection. That directory lists 790 hotels for the city.
Inside the hall
The venue offers free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms, on the network named Free Internet. The facility and its in-house vendors are cashless, and select event exhibitors may accept cash. ATMs sit at Level 2, A Lobby and Level 2, C Lobby.
There is no on-site business center. The adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel runs a UPS Business Center. Lower C Driveway, between Lamar and Griffin Streets, is the venue's own rideshare drop-off and pick-up point.
Parking is first-come and first-served. The garage at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street costs $20 for 1,200 spots over two levels. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street costs $17 for 170 spots. Both charge per day and per entry, with no in-and-out.
Same-day departure
The venue puts Dallas Love Field seven miles out, DFW about 30 minutes away and Dallas Executive Airport 10 minutes away. DART serves the building.
A 10 AM entry against a 17:00 window end gives seven hours inside the hall and a printed hour for the room. The venue page counts more than 120 premier vintage clothing and collectible vendors across the floor, in a buy-sell-trade format, with stock drawn from the 1970s through the 2000s.
The published facts for this Saturday are a 10 AM General Admission door, one bag per guest for Pit selling, and a Pit Pass that is not on sale. The room supplies the hours the hall does not print.
