Three clocks for one Wednesday night
The 60th Annual CMA Awards take place on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at Bridgestone Arena, 501 Broadway, Nashville. The Country Music Association publishes three times for the night. Doors open by 5:30 PM CT. Attendees must be seated by 6:45 PM CT. The live show starts at 7:00 PM CT, carried at 8/7C on ABC and Disney+.
The seating rule carries a stated penalty. Anyone not seated by 6:45 PM CT stays on the concourse until the first commercial break, at approximately 7:15 PM CT. The arena asks attendees to allow extra time at the door for security screening.
A day-use room sells daytime hours. hotelSlots sells four blocks: Morning 6 AM to 12 PM, Afternoon 12 PM to 6 PM, Evening 6 PM to 12 AM, and Overnight 12 AM to 6 AM. The platform states day rates run 30 to 75 percent below the same property's nightly rate and that it charges no booking fee.
Where the downtown day rooms sit
Dayuse listed 20 Nashville properties with day rates on 25 October 2026, running from $66 to $170 and averaging $97.80. Each figure below is the fee-inclusive day rate the card prints, with the booking fee inside it.
Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown-Broadway sells a 10:00 to 17:00 window at $115, with a $5 booking fee inside that rate. It sits 0.33 straight-line miles from the Bridgestone Arena pin. Best Western Plus Music Row sells 10:00 to 18:00 at $112 with a $7 fee, 0.80 miles out. Hampton Inn Nashville / Vanderbilt sells 8:00 to 14:00 at $85 with a $6 fee, 1.25 miles out, and repeats a 17:00 to 23:00 block.
Wider windows sit further from the arena. Millennium Maxwell House Nashville sells 10:00 to 18:00 at $76 with a $6 fee, 2.40 miles out. Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville sells 7:00 to 14:00 at $66 with a $6 fee, 3.47 miles out, and repeats a 15:00 to 21:00 block.
Distances here are straight-line from the arena coordinate. Street routing runs longer. The two nearest cards open at 10:00, so a reader who needs the room before that hour takes a longer ride.
The room as an office until mid-afternoon
The work a Wednesday room can do is narrow. A door that closes, a desk, and a shower between a morning of calls and a formal evening. The association asks attendees to dress in black tie or formal attire. The last hour of a day room is the valuable one.
The arena's entry rules set what the room should hold. The fastest entry is no bag at all. Clear wristlets and bags up to 12 by 12 by 6 inches are permitted. An opaque bag of the same size must go through the X-Ray lanes, one bag per person. Outside food and beverage, cameras with detachable lenses, video recording devices, signs, poles and selfie sticks are refused at the door. Flash photography is not permitted. Phones must be silenced during the live filming.
Mobile tickets arrive through Ticketmaster. Screenshots are not accepted. The phone that carries the ticket needs a full charge, and the arena advises raising screen brightness to scan at entry. Entry runs through the Main Entrance on the corner of Broadway and 5th Avenue. The arena is smoke-free, and the policy covers e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
Parking beside the arena
One lot publishes a pre-booked price. The First Baptist Church of Nashville lot at 108 7th Avenue South sells spots in advance for $25. The lot sits at the corner of 6th Avenue and Demonbreun, adjacent to the arena.
The Fifth + Broadway Garage at 600 Broadway sits across the street from the building and takes payment on entry. Music City Center parking at 201 5th Avenue South is adjacent to the arena, off 6th Avenue. A day room keeps the hotel garage out of the day, so the lot is the only vehicle cost.
Booking notes
hotelSlots lists 222 hotels on its Nashville directory and prints no rate on any listing. The platform sends the requested slot to every qualified property and returns the quotes for comparison.
