The showcase sets one window
The Charleston Conference 2026 runs November 2 through 6 in downtown Charleston. The organiser lists three venues: the Charleston Gaillard Center, the Francis Marion Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District.
The Vendor Showcase opens Tuesday, November 3, at 10:00 am and closes at 5:30 pm. The organiser prints one-day-only beside it. The hall is the Gaillard Center at 95 Calhoun Street.
The same day carries preconference seminars and workshops from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The registration check-in desk opens at 7:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm.
What 295 dollars covers
The rate table lists a One Day Rate with no deadline at $295 for in-person attendance. The ladder around it reads $535 for the Extra Early Bird window, $555 for Early Bird, $695 for Regular, $850 for Late or On Site, and $110 for library students and retirees.
The page prints the rate without naming the day it covers. A single-day attendee confirms that mapping with the registrar before paying.
In-person registration includes sessions and events across the week, continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday, morning and afternoon breaks Tuesday through Friday, drinks and hors d'oeuvres at the Tuesday Welcome Reception, the Wednesday Conference Reception buffet, and three months of on-demand recordings.
A group of four or more from one organisation takes 15 percent off and registers in one transaction. Refunds run through October 10 with a $125 processing fee, and the page sets no refunds after October 9.
4:00 to 5:30 is the networking block
The Welcome Reception runs 4:00 to 5:30 pm inside the exhibit hall. The last ninety minutes of the showcase run as the social hour, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres served in the same room as the booths.
An attendee who leaves Charleston that evening books the room for the middle of the day and keeps the badge until 5:30.
The headquarters hotel closed at 244 dollars
The Francis Marion Hotel is the headquarters property, listed at 387 King Street and $244 per night. The organiser marks it SOLD OUT. The Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District sits at 125 Calhoun Street with a $379 nightly group rate.
Shuttle transportation runs from every conference hotel to the Gaillard Center and the Francis Marion Hotel for sessions. The group deadline reads October 1 unless a hotel states otherwise.
The Francis Marion sits 0.35 straight-line miles from the Gaillard.
Day rooms start across the Ravenel bridge
Dayuse listed seven priced day rooms in Charleston on 25 October 2026. None sits in the historic district. The nearest is Best Western Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant, 2.28 straight-line miles from the Gaillard Center pin at 32.7866999, -79.9308685.
That card sells 08:00 to 14:00, 09:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 23:00 at $85 including a $6 booking fee, $79 without. The nightly comparison reads $100 at 21 percent off. The 09:00 to 17:00 window stops thirty minutes before the hall closes.
Quality Inn Coliseum North Charleston runs 10:00 to 18:00 at $81 including a $6 fee, $75 without, against $140 nightly. It sits 7.70 miles out and covers the full 10:00 to 5:30 window.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Hotel & Convention Center sells 09:00 to 17:00 at $135.75 including a $9 fee, $126.75 without, against $229.50 nightly. It sits 7.54 miles out.
What the venue publishes for the rest of the day
The Gaillard Center holds KultureCity sensory-inclusive certification for the Martha and John M. Rivers Performance Hall. Staff train for sensory overload situations. Sensory bags carry noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads, and they sit at the Ticket Office.
Six quiet areas carry KultureCity signage: the Lower Orchestra Lobby on house left and right, the North Parlor Bar and Rest Area on the box tier, the Dress Circle Lobby, the Gallery Lobby on house left, Ballroom 1 Rest Area and the North Portico Salon Hallway.
The venue's visit and accessibility pages list no luggage storage service, no dedicated sensory room and no massage chair.
The Gaillard ticket office runs 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday at (843) 242-3099. The venue line is (843) 724-5212.
Booking the single day
A one-day attendee books 10:00 to 18:00 at Quality Inn Coliseum for the full window, or 09:00 to 17:00 at Patriots Point for the shorter ride across the bridge. The badge desk opens at 7:00 am.
The organiser publishes the check-in hours and names three venues. It does not name which lobby holds which desk, so the attendee confirms the pickup point with the registrar.
hotelslots.org lists 253 hotels in Charleston and asks each property for a rate. The directory publishes no day rate of its own, so every figure above comes from the Dayuse read dated 25 October 2026.
The organiser closes the showcase page with one line for the whole week: all dates and times are subject to change.
