Four Dates and One Selected Day
3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 runs Sunday, February 14 through Wednesday, February 17, 2027 at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South, Nashville, TN 37203. The organiser describes the programme as three days of learning and connection.
The One-Day Pass costs $600. It covers General Sessions, the Playground exhibit hall, 200-plus sessions, HOWs and MeetUps, lunch vouchers, and the morning and afternoon beverage breaks. The page states that the pass covers all sessions for one selected day.
Two Pass Routes and a $25 Gap
The Exhibit Hall Only Pass costs $550 and lists General Sessions, the Playground, the beverage and refreshment breaks, and the Sunday and Monday evening receptions. The same italic line about one selected day sits under it.
The Expo Hall pass carries no lunch vouchers. The meal add-on costs $75 and buys three $25 vouchers for the food trucks and concession stands. Expo Hall Only plus the meal add-on comes to $625, which is $25 more than the One-Day Pass. The One-Day Pass also lists the 200-plus sessions, HOWs and MeetUps that the Expo card leaves off.
The meal paragraph states the voucher rules: three $25 vouchers on every pass except Expo Hall Only, no cash back, and additional items bought onsite by credit card. Breakfast is not included on any pass and stays the attendee's cost.
The Tuesday Special Event
The Tuesday Special Event runs 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on February 16. The Full Conference Pass includes it. A one-day or Expo Hall-only holder buys it as a $250 add-on. A guest of a full-conference attendee pays $250 a person.
The add-on paragraph closes registration for the event on "Tuesday January 13, 2026", a date that falls a year before the 2027 conference. Confirm the 2027 close with the organiser before buying the add-on.
The Price Ladder Around the Pass
The Full Conference Pass runs $995 in Tier 1 through October 27, 2026, $1,195 in Tier 2 from October 28 to November 30, $1,495 in Tier 3 from December 1 to February 13, 2027, and $1,595 onsite. The group pass for three or more runs $2,355, $2,955, $3,555 and $3,855 across the same tiers.
The One-Day Pass and the Exhibit Hall Only Pass print as single figures with no tier columns. The banner's "save up to $600" figure is the $995 Tier 1 pass against the $1,595 onsite pass.
A Day Room for the Show Floor
Dayuse listed 20 priced Nashville properties on 25 October 2026, from $66 to $170, mean $98.00. Rates are fee-inclusive, and distances are straight-line from Music City Center.
Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown-Broadway sells $115 on a 10:00 to 17:00 window at 0.40 miles, against a $270 nightly comparison. Best Western Plus Music Row sells $112 on a 10:00 to 18:00 window at 0.83 miles, against $200.
Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville sells $75 at 3.51 miles with three windows: 7:00 to 14:00, 9:00 to 18:00 and 15:00 to 21:00. The $40 saved against the downtown card buys 3.11 extra miles of travel.
The Music City Center garage sits at 701 Demonbreun Street, with primary access at P3 on 7th Avenue and Demonbreun and the P1 and P2 entrances along 6th Avenue. The garage holds 1,800 spaces. Day bands run $15, $20, $25 and $30, overnight and lost-ticket parking run $45, and a ticket carries no in-and-out.
The 2026 Material on the 2027 Pages
The 2027 pages still carry last year's copy. The VIP add-on names the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Houston venue of the previous edition. The special-event add-on closes on a 2026 date. The registration hours block prints the weekdays against February 11 through February 14, and February 14, 2027 falls on a Sunday.
Nashville is the venue for 2027. Read the footer and the calendar file name before booking air, and put the add-on dates to the organiser in writing.
