HYROX Dallas runs five days of racing, 18 to 22 November 2026, at 650 S Griffin Street. The organiser lists Halls B and C. The convention center lists Exhibit Halls A, B and C, the C Ballroom and the C100 meeting rooms. Each day opens its first start window at 8:00 and closes its last at 20:30.

The Sunday line

Sunday, 22 November carries three blocks. Doubles women start 8:00 to 12:50. Women and adaptive women run 13:20 to 16:40. Doubles men run 17:20 to 20:30.

A doubles athlete who takes an early start finishes inside the morning window. The next block opens at 13:20, and the hours between sit in the middle of the day.

The organiser marks the schedule provisional. It links an individual start time about three days out and permits no start-time changes. Plan the day around the provisional window and check it against your own start.

The athlete ticket and the hall door

On-site registration opens 90 minutes before the first start wave of a division, and an athlete registers from 90 minutes before their assigned start. Photo ID is mandatory. The organiser does not allow check-in on another person's behalf, and it directs an athlete who wants into the hall earlier to the Spectators Desk with ticket and ID.

Age-group ceremonies run after every athlete in a division has competed, and the organiser lists the ceremony schedule as to be announced. A weekday medallist collects ceremony access at the Help Desk with ID. Any extra spectator buys a spectator ticket.

Hours a room has to cover

Dayuse's Dallas page priced 29 cards on 22 October 2026. Each card price is the all-in figure, with the booking fee already inside it. Distances are straight-line from the 650 S Griffin Street pin.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas prices $160 for one window, 9:00 to 17:00, 0.5 miles out. That window covers a morning finish, the 13:20 women's block and an hour past its close. Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White prices $102 and sells 8:00 to 15:00, 10:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 23:00, 1.6 miles out. Its 17:00 to 23:00 block runs past a 20:30 last start.

Hotel Crescent Court prices $230 for 9:00 to 17:00 at 1.4 miles. The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection prices $168 for 9:00 to 16:00 at 1.7 miles, and that window closes before the women's block ends at 16:40.

Two cards further out price lower. Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center prices $71 and sells 8:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00 and 12:00 to 20:00, 3.8 miles from the pin. Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District prices $80 and sells 6:00 to 14:00, 8:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 19:00 and 18:00 to 23:00, 5.5 miles from the pin.

None of the six cards prints a checkout hour, so the end of the window is the hour the key goes back. Two of the six match a name on the hotelslots.org Dallas directory exactly: Hotel Crescent Court and The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection. That directory lists 790 hotels for the city.

The desk, the shower and the second entry

The venue offers free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms, on the network named Free Internet. The facility and its in-house vendors are cashless, and select event exhibitors may accept cash. ATMs sit at Level 2, A Lobby and Level 2, C Lobby.

There is no on-site business center. The adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel runs a UPS Business Center. Lower C Driveway, between Lamar and Griffin Streets, is the venue's own rideshare point.

Parking shapes a five-day plan. The garage at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street costs $20 for 1,200 spots over two levels. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street costs $17 for 170 spots. Both charge per day and per entry with no in-and-out. A driver who leaves the hall to shower and returns pays the entry again.

The other four days

Wednesday and Thursday run the same grid. Men and adaptive men start 8:00 to 9:30, doubles men 10:00 to 11:40, doubles women 12:20 to 14:50, women and adaptive women 15:00 to 17:30, doubles mixed 18:10 to 20:30.

Friday holds ten blocks, the most of the week. Pro men run 9:40 to 11:30 and pro women 12:10 to 13:30. The three relay blocks close the day at 19:40, 20:00 and 20:20, each ten minutes long.

Saturday runs men and adaptive men 8:00 to 12:20, doubles mixed 12:50 to 17:00, pro doubles women 17:30 to 18:20 and pro doubles men 19:00 to 20:30.

The printed facts for a Sunday are a doubles women window of 8:00 to 12:50, a women and adaptive women block of 13:20 to 16:40 and a doubles men block of 17:20 to 20:30. The room covers the hours between them.
