Monday closes at four
Sunday play runs 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Monday play runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Monday grid runs six games. Game 10 starts at 8:00 AM. Games 11 and 12 start together at 10:00 AM on Field 1 and Field 2. Game 13 starts at noon. The third-place game and the championship both start at 2:00 PM.
Sunday carries five start times and a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Saturday carries no play. The field site opens for equipment drop from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the officials meet at the host hotel from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and team check-in runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The host hotel is the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown at 555 Evergreen Street. A team that checks out on Monday morning carries bags and a full day of play before the airport.
The airport arithmetic
The venue publishes three airport figures. Dallas Love Field is seven miles from 650 S Griffin Street. DFW sits about 30 minutes away. Dallas Executive Airport is 10 minutes away.
A 9:00 PM departure leaves five hours after the 4:00 PM finish. An 8:00 PM departure leaves four.
What the platform sells, and for how long
hotelSlots sells four day-use slots: Morning 6AM-12PM, Afternoon 12PM-6PM, Evening 6PM-12AM and Overnight 12AM-6AM. The platform states that a guest can book more than one slot.
A team that finishes at 4:00 PM and flies at 9:00 PM needs the Afternoon slot and part of the Evening slot.
The platform publishes day rates at 30-75 percent below the nightly rate. Its day-use page publishes a separate band of 40-60 percent below overnight. Both figures are the platform's own.
The seven cards priced for this Monday
The Dallas day-use shelf carried 29 cards on 22 October 2026, every one with a price. They ran from $61 to $259 all-in, with a mean of $99.74. Each card states a minimum price that already contains its booking fee.
The Hyatt Regency Dallas at 300 Reunion Boulevard prices from $160 all-in, with $10 of that as the booking fee. Its single published window runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it sits 0.41 miles straight-line from the hall. That window covers the 4:00 PM finish.
The Hotel Crescent Court at 400 Crescent Court prices from $230 all-in with a $10 fee, and sells 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 1.34 miles. The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection at 2927 Maple Avenue prices from $168 all-in with a $10 fee, and sells 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1.60 miles.
Three properties hold a window that runs past the finish. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White, 3301 Gaston Avenue, prices from $102 all-in with a $7 fee. It sells 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and sits 1.56 miles out. The 5:00 PM window starts an hour after the last game.
The Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center at 1521 Inwood Road prices from $71 all-in with a $6 fee. It sells 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 3.74 miles. The noon window covers the finish and four hours after it.
The Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District at 1165 Empire Central Place prices from $80 all-in with a $6 fee. It sells a 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM window at 5.46 miles. The Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/Love Field at 2370 West Northwest Highway prices from $61 all-in with a $6 fee and sells 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 7.60 miles.
Inside two miles, the Home2 card is the only window that starts at 5:00 PM. The Comfort Inn noon window covers the 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM gap for $65 before its $6 fee.
What the hall offers while the team waits
The building publishes free Wi-Fi in all common areas and meeting rooms on the network named Free Internet, run with Visit Dallas and Smart City Networks. The facility is cashless, and select event exhibitors may accept cash. Two ATM banks sit at Level 2, A Lobby and Level 2, C Lobby.
The venue publishes no on-site business center and points to the UPS Business Center at the adjacent Omni Dallas Hotel. The best rideshare drop-off and pick-up point is the Lower C Driveway between Lamar and Griffin Streets.
Parking costs $20 in the garage at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street, which holds 1,200 cars over two levels. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street costs $17 and holds 170 cars. The venue prices both per day and per entry with no in and out. Both run first-come, first-served.
Checking the numbers
Sunday's 11 published hours and Monday's eight make 19 hours of tournament play. The 4:00 PM close leaves four hours before an 8:00 PM departure and five before a 9:00 PM departure.
RISE published rooming lists as due September 30. Move United closed tournament rosters at close of business on Wednesday, October 14.
